Dina Broadhurst’s ex-husband Nick has pocketed a multimillion-dollar windfall after selling one of his luxury Noosa properties.

Meanwhile, he and his wellness influencer wife Melissa Ambrosini continue searching for a buyer for their $12 million ‘healing’ home in the same area.

The musician and Ambrosini have sold their three-bedroom Little Cove penthouse for $5.51 million, after purchasing the property for $4.24 million in 2022.

The apartment, which the couple previously called home, was snapped up by an interstate buyer.

The sale comes as the couple step up their efforts to offload their current residence in nearby Little Cove – a wellness-inspired retreat complete with a self-cleaning magnesium pool and infrared and hot coal sauna.

They bought the property for $5.5 million in 2022 before knocking down the existing house and building an entirely new residence designed to help occupants ‘live longer’, according to Ambrosini, an author and podcast host.

In a YouTube video showcasing the home, the couple explained the inspiration behind its design.

Broadhurst described the residence as ‘Zen minimalism meets Mediterranean Soul’, calling it a ‘healing’ home.

Ambrosini said the kitchen was one of her favourite spaces in the property.

The home, designed by Suncoast Building Design and built by Avalon Projects, features interiors by CLO Studios.

Other standout features include soaring 4-metre-high cathedral ceilings, arched walkways, a sunken lounge room with a gas fireplace.

It also features stunning, expansive glass windows and landscaped gardens filled with native plants.

The property also boasts three bathrooms, multiple living zones including an upstairs retreat, and a two-car garage equipped with electric vehicle charging capabilities.

Additional wellness-focused inclusions include Circadian lighting to support natural sleep cycles, whole-home water filtration, premium appliances, ducted air conditioning and a Zip HydroTap offering hot, cold and sparkling water.

The couple is now seeking a buyer willing to pay $12 million for the luxury wellness retreat.

It comes after Nick’s ex Dina recently sold a luxury Sydney property for $8.4 million.

Dina, who owned the Darling Point home with her ex-partner Max Shepard, originally listed the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home for a whopping $11.5 million.
