Dick Van Dyke attributed his good health to working out at the gym three times a week.

“I’ve always exercised, three days a week,” the “Mary Poppins” star, 99, shared on Wednesday’s episode of the “Where Everybody Knows Your Name” podcast.

“I get down and do a lot of stretching and yoga,” he added, explaining he uses a lot of workout machines to get a full body sweat.

Van Dyke explained his active lifestyle might be the reason why he is still lively, unlike others his age.

The “Dick Van Dyke Show” alum was previously spotted leaving the gym on the eve of his 98th birthday in 2023 with his wife, Arlene Silver.

At the time, he joked that Silver, 53, makes him work out, though he “hates” it.

Elsewhere on Wednesday’s podcast, Van Dyke enthusiastically shared that he’s looking forward to making it to his 100th birthday on Dec. 13, 2025, saying he’s going to throw a “big party.”

The legendary actor’s big plans for his milestone birthday by far exceeded the low-key gathering he had for his 99th birthday.

During an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” last month, Van Dyke shared he planned to “hide out” for his birthday and maybe invite his kids over.

At the time, the “Chitty Chitty Bang Bang” star joked that he was “very old,” saying, he was “old enough to be” the father of former President Joe Biden, 82.

“Dementia. I get dementia once in a while,” he quipped.

“Like right now, I think I’m on the Jimmy Kimmel show.”

Van Dyke is the father to kids Christian, 74, Barry, 73, Stacy, 69, and Carrie Beth, 62, whom he shared with his late ex-wife Margie Willett.

The “Mary Poppins Returns” star and Willet, who died in 2008, were wed from 1948 to 1984.

He got re-married to Silver in 2012, and they’ve been together ever since.
