Denise Richards lambasted her “outrageous” estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, for using her daughter in an effort to beg for money from “strangers.”

“Say whatever you want about me, which they have. I’ll deal with that after the divorce,” Richards responded on Thursday’s episode of Tori Spelling’s “MisSpelling” podcast.

“But when you cross a line and bring my youngest daughter into trying to get money from strangers — it’s outrageous,” she said, adding, “That is wrong.”

Richards was referring to her 14-year-old daughter, Eloise, whom she adopted in 2011. When the model married Phypers in 2018, he raised Eloise as his own and has been embroiled in a custody battle since filing for divorce from Richards in July 2025.

Last week, Aaron’s mom, Patricia Phypers, launched the fundraiser after a Los Angeles court ruled in favor of the landlord to take possession of the $3.3 million home he once shared with Richards, 54.

“Please Help My Son Aaron,” Patricia wrote on the page, calling herself “a Grandmother Begging for Justice and for the Little Girl Torn From Our Lives.”

“My son, Aaron Phypers, has been destroyed by false allegations, Hollywood power, and a system determined to silence him,” she continued. “But the deepest wound is the loss of his daughter — my granddaughter — Eloise.”

Patricia claimed that Eloise was “taken” from Aaron, 53, “overnight.”

“She was our light. She adored her daddy,” Patricia said of the child, also claiming that she spent her pension when Richards needed her assistance.

“Now my son — the man who carried this entire household — has been cut off, slandered, starved, wrongfully arrested, and left with nothing,” she claimed. “No income. No home. No ability to fight back. And no access to the daughter who needs him.”

Patricia, who shares Aaron with Steven Phypers, said that they are “out of options” as they face eviction.

“Please — if you have ever loved a child or grandchild — help my son fight for the truth and for Eloise,” she begged. “Your support may be the only thing that saves him.”

As of Jan. 8, the fundraiser had amassed $60 in donations, though last week, there was $1,308 listed on the fundraiser page.

Last month, Richards and Aaron were ordered to vacate their Calabasas, Calif., mansion after failing to pay $84,000 in rent.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum had not been living in the home amid their contentious divorce. The pair were married for six years before Aaron filed court docs to end their marriage this summer.

In November 2025, Richards accused Aaron of abusing her throughout their marriage and was granted a permanent restraining order against him. Aaron has denied the allegations.

He fired back at his ex by filing documents for an emergency hearing in his spousal support case, claiming he needed access to their funds because he was in danger of becoming homeless.

“I am in literal danger of being made homeless with no vehicle and no cell phone unless the hearing
can be advanced to an earlier date and orders can be entered allowing me access to the substantial funds that are being controlled by [Richards],” he claimed at the time.

The “Wild Things” actress didn’t dive into their drama any further on the podcast Thursday, explaining, “I really want to get through my actual divorce, and then I will share.”

She did admit last week, however, that 2025 was “one of the most painful years [she has] lived.”

Richards also shares daughters Sami, 21, and Lola, 20, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, to whom she was married from 2002 to 2006.
