He’s doing some strange things.
David Harbour was accused of stealing a fan’s hat during a bizarre incident at an Encinitas, Calif., bar over the weekend.
In video surveillance from the gastropub Encinitas Ale House — which was viewed by TMZ — the “Stranger Things” actor entered the venue and then ran back outside a few moments later with a white hat in his hand.
The outlet reported that Harbour, 50, then looked over his shoulder and yelled, “C’mon, dude! F–king get me!”
An irritated patron then appeared to walk after the “Hellboy” star, putting his hands up and saying, “What the f–k did I do to you, dude?”
Per TMZ, moments later, several people came out of the bar to see what was going on and a woman yelled out, “Don’t get into a fight,” as the man returned to the bar with his cap.
The outlet was told “nothing got physical” between Harbour and the patron.
An eyewitness told the outlet that Harbour walked by the bar with a pal and the guy with the hat came out to say “hi.”
When the “Violent Night” actor’s friend told the patron they were meeting some girls, Harbour, who is going through a messy divorce with Lily Allen, allegedly said, “No, let’s go to this guy’s house.”
The bar patron thought Harbour’s comment was “strange” and he returned back inside the ale house.
Harbour then entered the bar, took off the guy’s hat and ran.
A witness told TMZ that the actor allegedly spiked the guy’s hat on the ground, asked people about the Iraq War, got emotional and knelt down to pray.
A source with direct knowledge told TMZ that Harbour’s bipolar disorder could be to blame.
“David has always been honest about managing his bipolar disorder. Wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what he’s dealing with here after working non-stop all year and having his personal life under public scrutiny,” the insider shared.
“That would be stressful for anyone but even more so for someone who is bipolar.”
Page Six has reached out to Harbour’s reps for comment but did not immediately hear back.
Harbour previously revealed that he had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder when he was 25.
In 2018, the Marvel star shared that he struggled with his mental health so much growing up that his parents checked him into an asylum.
In addition to filming multiple projects, including “Violent Night 2” and “Evil Genius,” Harbour has been publicly dealing with the demise of his four-year marriage to Allen.
The “Smile” singer, 40, implied the actor cheated on her — despite them having an “open” marriage.
In November, a report surfaced that Harbour was also accused of bullying and harassing his “Stranger Things” co-star Millie Bobby Brown.
However, a few days later, the actors put on a united front at the Netflix show’s Season 5 premiere.
