Dak Prescott’s ex-fiancée, Sarah Jane Ramos, resurfaced on social media weeks after her bitter split from the NFL star.

The wine specialist took to her Instagram Stories Wednesday and shared three selfies with her and the Dallas Cowboys quarterback’s two daughters: Margaret Jane Rose (MJ), 2, and Aurora Rayne, who was born in May 2025.

In the snaps, Ramos is smiling and cuddling up to her two little ones. In the third selfie, she added pink heart emojis.

Her cheerful appearance comes shortly after news broke that she and Prescott called off their wedding one month before they were set to walk down the aisle in Lake Como, Italy.

On March 7, TMZ reported that Ramos called off her wedding to Prescott after an argument occurred during their joint bachelor and bachelorette parties in the Bahamas.

Sources told the outlet that the relationship is beyond fixing, and instead the exes will focus on co-parenting their kids.

Days later, Page Six exclusively revealed that she called off the nuptials after accusing him of “ongoing infidelity issues.”

An insider told us that Ramos believes Prescott had a history of communicating with other women during his relationship with her — but that she stayed with him for the sake of their family.

We’re told Ramos and Prescott, both 32, had a serious conversation about this in January ahead of their wedding, in which Ramos allegedly gave her fiancé a desperate ultimatum about cleaning up his act that he did not live up to.

As for the fight they had during the joint bachelor and bachelorette parties, our source said Ramos confronted Prescott for allegedly using incognito social media profiles to send inappropriate messages to multiple women and ex-flings.

Our source added that Ramos was “done” with the relationship after the argument and they ultimately sent their hundreds of wedding guests a joint email announcing the cancellation without providing a reason.

After news of their split broke, rumors began circulating that Ramos refused to sign a prenuptial agreement.

However, she quickly shut that down via an Instagram comment, insisting, “This had nothing to do with a prenup. I hope we can put that rumor to rest now.”

In a statement from her rep obtained by People, Ramos claimed that they are “both heartbroken that they’re not getting married” and that the breakup was “a mutual decision.”

“There wasn’t any rockiness in the lead up, and there was no big argument or blow up,” the rep added.

“They love their girls, and they’re committed to raising their children together in the most loving and positive way. It’s still shocking for them since this happened so recently, and they ask for privacy while they sort everything out.”
