Ewan McGregor was put on blast during a wild “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” moment Monday night.
When the actor, 55, confirmed that he has five children, guest host Anthony Anderson asked, “Are you Mormon?”
McGregor’s “End of Oak Street” co-star Anne Hathaway burst out laughing as he said, “No.”
Anderson, 55, turned to the audience and said, “He was like, ‘No, I just like to f–k a lot.’”
He apologized as Hathaway, 43, cracked up and wiped tears from her eyes before asking, “Who doesn’t?”
Later in the interview, Anderson poked fun at McGregor’s “litter” of children.
The “Star Wars” star, notably, has four kids — Clara, 30, Jamyan, 25, Esther, 24, and Anouk, 15 — with ex Eve Mavrakis, as well as son Laurie, 5, with wife Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
McGregor separated from Mavrakis, a production designer, in May 2017, the same month he and Winstead, 41, were photographed kissing.
He and Mavrakis, 60, filed to end their 22-year union in January 2018, settling their divorce in 2020.
McGregor and Winstead welcomed their baby boy in June 2021, with the “Fargo” co-stars tying the knot in April of the following year.
The Golden Globe winner’s eldest child blasted her dad’s romance in a 2019 Instagram comment.
After Clara posted a photo of her mom in a bikini, she responded to a fan’s joke about “keep[ing] her away from your boyfriends” with, “I keep her away from a–hole men who leave my goddess of a mother.”
Prior to that, she branded Winstead a “piece of trash” — a statement she later admitted “wasn’t [her] finest moment.”
Clara explained to the Times in 2018, “There had been a lot building up to it and a lot to deal with, not to make excuses or anything. … I’m not afraid to speak out if I feel strongly about something.”
“It wasn’t the right way to go about things,” she continued. “But it’s a hard thing to wrap your head around when you feel you had this idea of what the family unit is and then to have that shift. It’s very weird.”
