Cybill Shepherd made a rare appearance in Los Angeles on Wednesday as she ventured out with her assistant.
The former Moonlighting star, 74, shielded her eyes behind a pair of sunglasses while running errands close to her southern California home.
Looking relaxed in a loose fitting shirt and jeans, Shepherd browsed a local store during her latest subdued appearance.
The legendary actress’s most recent role came as author Nancy Crampton-Brophy in the 2023 TV movie How to Murder Your Husband, written and directed by Stephen Tolkin.
Shepherd co-stars in the production included Steve Guttenberg, Sandy Minh Abley and Primo Allon.
The Memphis born star became a household name after starring on the popular series Moonlighting opposite Bruce Willis, with the pair playing respective characters Maddie Hayes and David Addison in the dramatic comedy.

Shepherd was feted for her work on the TV series, which ran from 1985-1989 on ABC, with two Golden Globe wins in the category of Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series – Comedy or Musical in 1986 and 1987, also receiving a nomination in 1988.
She was also nominated for an Emmy for her work on the show in 1988.
She would go on to receive three more Emmy nominations from 1995-1997 for her work on the CBS series Cybill, which also earned her another Golden Globe in 1996 and a nomination the following year.
Former co-star Willis, 69, has made headlines over the past two years amid his battle with frontotemporal dementia, as his family jointly announced in March of 2022 that he would be stepping back from his acting career amid his health issues.
Willis’ daughter Rumer Willis, 35, said on the TODAY show that her father is doing ‘so good’ as he’s surrounded and supported by family amid the tough times.
‘Our vulnerability and transparency as a family about what he’s going through to me is so important,’ Rumer said, ‘because if it can have any impact on another family that is struggling in any way with something like this, or bring more attention to the disease in hopes of finding a cure or anything that can be of service to anybody else, I think is really important.’
In the wake of Willis’ diagnosis going public, Shepherd had kind words to say about her one-time costar while appearing at a Race to Erase MS benefit gala in Los Angeles in May of 2022.
‘I will always love Bruce,’ Shepherd told Extra.

The actress was feted for her work on Moonlighting, which ran from 1985-1989 on ABC, winning two Golden Globes
She noted how the charismatic star won the role on the TV series, which helped pave the way for his breakout movies with hits such as the Die Hard series, Pulp Fiction and The Sixth Sense.
‘I just have to say one thing about Bruce – no one else was ever considered for the part when he walked in the room,’ Shepherd said.
Shepherd opened up on the chemistry they shared with one another that resonated with viewers.
‘My temperature went up 10 degrees,’ Shepherd said. ‘That meant two things to me: one, I was very attracted to him, two, I would never act on it, ’cause we were both very attracted to each other.’
