Friday’s box office receipts offered reminders that audiences love a good romance.

The Colleen Hoover adaptation “Reminders of Him” earned the No. 1 spot at the box office. The film’s opening night raked in $8 million, according to Box Office Mojo.

The project is Hoover’s third big-screen adaptation, following 2024’s “It Ends With Us,” and 2025’s “Regretting You.”

“Reminders of Him” follows Maika Monroe as Kenna, a mom who is trying to rebuild her life after getting released from prison.

The cast also stars Bradley Whitford, Lauren Graham, Tyriq Withers, Jennifer Robertson and Rudy Pankow.

Coming in second was “Hoppers” with $7.1 million.

The Post previously praised the animated sci-fi comedy, stating: “What separates ‘Hoppers’ from the pack of recent Pix flix, which have been wholesome as a church bake sale, is its comic irreverence.”

The movie’s success marked the end of a years-long losing streak for Pixar. The last opening weekend that scored big for the company was 2017’s “Coco.”

“Undertone,” meanwhile, nabbed the third spot, grossing $4.3 million. The A24 indie film features Nina Kiri, Adam DiMarco, Michèle Duquet, Keana Lyn Bastidas, Jeff Yung and Ryan Turner.

Kiri stars as a paranormal podcaster who becomes haunted by recordings of ghosts.

Another horror favorite, “Scream,” came in fourth, raking in $2.6 million.

The slasher flick, which opened on Feb. 27, had the highest domestic debut in the franchise’s history with $63.6 million.

Rounding out the top five was Caleb McLaughlin and Stephen Curry’s animated sports comedy “GOAT” with $1.2 million.
