Chelsea Handler suited up as Daisy Ridley opted for a leggy look to attend different events during the South by Southwest Film & TV Festival in Austin, TX on Sunday.
The 50-year-old comedian donned an all-white pantsuit to be interviewed for a live taping of On with Kara Swisher at the Vox Media Podcast Stage inside the Austin Convention Center.
Hairstylist Eduardo Ponce coiffed Chelsea’s shoulder-length waves and make-up artist Courtney Hart made sure she was ready for her close-up.
That same day, Handler – who boasts 18M social media followers – reminded her fans to meet up with her this Friday at California ski resort Palisades Tahoe for a bikini-clad ski down the slopes.
The I’ll Have What She’s Having author – whose book just topped the NY Times Bestsellers list – recently shut down romance rumors with three-time Oscar nominee Ralph Fiennes.
In fact, Chelsea confessed she had been dating a mystery man for the past ‘nine months’ on The Jamie Kern Lima Show, which was pretaped in early to mid-February.

‘I have someone that I’m seeing now that I’m very attracted to and that I like having sex with, and so that’s a really good like nice little thing I have going,’ Handler said.
‘[But] I don’t think any relationships that I’ve been in [have been] serious. I don’t think of myself as a relationship person. I think of myself as a purpose person. Like my purpose is here, to be here to have conversations like the one we’re having right now, to infuse people with optimism, to be there for women, that is my purpose in this life, whether they’re more lives or not.’
The Critics’ Choice Awards host added: ‘All I know is I know what I’m supposed to be doing, and any man that’s in my life is not the main character. That’s a side relationship, and I love them, and I want to respect everybody, but that’s not my main M.O. in life. I’m not that kind of person.’
Chelsea is said to have previously romanced comedian Jo Koy, chef Bobby Flay, hotelier André Balazs, rapper 50 Cent, comedian David Alan Grier, and former Comcast Entertainment Group CEO Ted Harbert.
Handler is next scheduled to perform standup comedy on March 21 at The Cosmopolitan’s The Chelsea in Las Vegas, NV.
Meanwhile, Daisy wore a sleeveless collared LBD, dark pantyhose, and matching pumps selected by stylist Samantha McMillen for her We Bury the Dead promotional duties.
Hairstylist Christopher Naselli gave Ridley a side-parted bob and make-up artist Gita Bass brought out her natural beauty for the shoot.
The British 32-year-old was joined at the Shutterstock Portrait Studio by her We Bury the Dead director Zak Hilditch and her co-star Mark Coles Smith, who plays Riley in the film.
Daisy plays Ava, a desperate woman who joins a ‘body retrieval unit’ in the hopes of finding her husband alive, in the emotional Tasmania-set zombie thriller.

Ridley is also set to star in Martin Campbell’s action thriller Dedication as well as reprising her breakout role as Rey ‘Skywalker’ in Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy’s 2026 continuation Star Wars: New Jedi Order
We Bury the Dead will screen at the ZACH Theatre in Austin Sunday night followed by additional screenings scheduled for this Wednesday-Thursday.
Ridley is also set to star in Martin Campbell’s action thriller Dedication as well as reprising her breakout role as Rey ‘Skywalker’ in Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy’s 2026 continuation Star Wars: New Jedi Order.
‘The first three films, we did fairly close together in the grand scheme of things. So one of the things is: Do I remember how to be Rey?’ the Cleaner action star told Back Stage last week.
‘It’s been a while, and time has passed in [the Star Wars] world. So there are a lot of questions about what has happened in that time, both for me and for the character; that in and of itself feels like a challenge.
‘And then there’s the fact that I’ll be working with different actors and different filmmakers, which brings up different things. And that is always progressive, I suppose, because it’s someone else’s interpretation.’
