Chelsea Handler knows how to party.

During her guest appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” Thursday night, the comedian spoke about her love of “micro-dosing,” revealing she recently handed out drugs to some of the star-studded guests at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party 2025.

“I love drugs … micro-dosing especially, people have this stigmatization around drugs that I find very annoying. Drugs can help so many people,” Handler, 50, told host Jimmy Kimmel in part.

“I share it with everybody. I love giving people drugs! You should have seen me at the Vanity Fair party, the Oscars, oh my God, I was giving it out to everyone. I was like, ‘Take this, you’re going to have a great time,’ and people were like, ‘OK.’”

The “Chelsea Lately” alum clarified, however, that she’s not into “bad” street drugs “like cocaine and heroin,” but “natural drugs” like psilocybin and LSD that can “treat depression” and “help people have more fun.”

“But micro-dose; not like where you’re off your rocker and hallucinating,” she advised. “Like, say a macro-dose is like 500 milligrams. I’m talking about taking 50 milligrams of like MDMA or LSD.”

During the Vanity Fair soirée, held earlier this month in Los Angeles, Handler — chic in a strapless silver gown with matching accessories — was spotted chatting and posing with several guests, including Paris Hilton, Rita Ora and Ralph Fiennes.

She did not specify to Kimmel, however, which celebrities she allegedly offered drugs to inside the fancy fête attended by Kim Kardashian, Sydney Sweeney, Olivia Wilde, Julia Fox and more.

As for her personal narcotics use, Handler has certainly not shied away from speaking about her experiences publicly.

“I’ve done pretty much every drug — besides, like, heroin and crystal meth — I’m pretty versed. I did a lot of drugs in high school,” she told Buzzfeed in January 2016, revealing she smoked marijuana for the first time when she was 16 years old.

“I was really judgy about my friends who were smoking pot. I’d always be like, ‘It’s wrong! Drugs are bad! Drugs are wrong!’” she continued.

“Finally they made me take a bong hit, and I coughed for like an hour, but [then] I was like, ‘Oh, this is totally fun, let’s do this all the time!’”

Handler’s 2016 Netflix series, “Chelsea Does,” also featured an episode where she set out to “explore the power of drugs,” experimenting with everything from ayahuasca to what it’s like mixing alcohol with Ambien (under the supervision of a neurologist) on camera.

“A lot of people are much better when they’re stoned,” she later told Buzzfeed.

“People should be allowed to do whatever the f–k they want, everything should be legal.”

Handler’s latest project is her new book, “I’ll Have What She’s Having,” which she was promoting during her appearance on Kimmel’s eponymous talk show.

When asked about why she wanted to write The New York Times bestseller, she replied, “It was to inject everybody with the confidence and the optimism that I feel.

“If confidence were like Ozempic, I would inject everybody with it,” she joked, adding that she wants “every woman” to feel her type of enthusiasm for life. “So that’s what my intention was with this book.”
