CBS News correspondent Matt Gutman has been accused of workplace harassment in a wrongful-termination lawsuit filed by a former ABC News colleague, who alleges he made inappropriate comments while they worked together. Samira Said, a field producer who worked for ABC News from May 2021 until March 2025, filed the lawsuit Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court against ABC News and its parent company, The Walt Disney Co.
