Cash Warren is reflecting on the lessons he learned in 2025 following his split from Jessica Alba as the new year approaches.
“You started out as the year I wanted to forget, but so damn thankful you grew into the year I’ll always remember,” Warren, 46, wrote via Instagram on Wednesday, alongside a collection of family photos taken throughout the year.
“A few lessons I learned over last 365 days. Acceptance is suffering’s antidote. Our minds are the OG algorithm. Negative thoughts will play on repeat if you allow them to.”
“The line between enlightenment and narcissism is razor thin. Don’t be fooled by those who don’t know the difference,” he continued before giving a shoutout to each of his three children, all of whom he and the “Honey” star have been co-parenting over the last year.
He started off by congratulating his eldest daughter, Honor, 17, who recently announced she’ll be heading to Yale University in the fall.
“I don’t know how you did it. Your ability to stay focused on your goals no matter what life threw your way this year was inspiring,” he wrote.
“Thanks for continuing to blaze the trail for your sister and little bro. You’re going to freaking YALE!!!”
To his second daughter, Haven, 14, he thanked her for “holding me accountable” and for “communicating so openly” during moments of distress.
“Your transparency is everything! Oh and, thanks for teaching me about the fine art of being nonchalant,” he added.
He closed thanking his son Hayes for “teaching me about living life [with] no regrets.”
“HAPPY 8th BIRTHDAY my boy!!!!” he continued.
“From my day 1s to my new-news … I am so grateful 🥂❤️ 🥳. Thanks for extending your hands to help me get back on my feet. Happy New Year!!” he closed.
Warren and Alba, 44, announced their split after nearly 17 years of marriage in January. The “Fantastic Four” actress went on to file for divorce from the producer the following month.
The two stars have both since moved on. Alba has since started dating actor Danny Ramirez while Warren has been linked to at least two young models.
