Camila Morrone has gushed over her ‘stepfather’ Al Pacino as she opens up about their close bond.
Hollywood legend Al, 85, dated Camila’s mother, Argentine actor Lucila Solá, 49, from 2008 to 2018.
In a new interview, the 28-year-old actress, who famously dated Leonardo DiCaprio, opened up about growing up with Al, whom she calls her ‘stepdad’ even though he was never married to her mother.
She told The Times: ‘How lucky am I to have known him and to have been raised in his presence.
‘I mean, he’s the Messi of my industry.
‘I think I’ll always look back on my childhood and be in awe that I was in the presence of someone like him.’

It comes after Camila admitted that she ‘loves it that men are eating out of her hands’ as she teased scenes in The Night Manager season 2.
The actress plays Roxana Bolaños in the upcoming series, which landed this month.
Appearing at the premiere in London last month, Camila discussed her siren character in a new interview.
She told The Sun: ‘As women, we’re very good and intuitive at knowing who we have to be, and when and at what time, and then switching — being these chameleons.
‘My character’s this hustler, she’s the smartest person in any room, which I love, and she has all the men eating out of the palm of her hand.
‘It was really great to figure out what her motivation was in playing with the big guys.’
At the premiere, Camila stunned in a £3,300 gold corset bustier paired with a sheer black skirt from Carolina Herrera on the red carpet.
Flashing a glimpse of her long, toned legs and peachy derriere, Camila added inches to her frame with black strappy heels.

She accessorised with a gold-toned choker necklace, while her long brunette locks were styled in a voluminous blowout.
In high spirits throughout the evening, Camila was joined by co-stars Tom Hiddleston, 44, and Diego Calva, 33, for a series of snaps.
The trio larked about for the cameras on the red carpet before heading into the BFI Southbank cinema.
The Night Manager, which made Tom a national heartthrob, is back after nine years off screens – and it is racier than ever with threesomes and steamy shower scenes.
The actor reprises his role as former British intelligence operative, Jonathan Pine, while Olivia Colman, 51, will return as Angela Burr for the six-part series.
Meanwhile, Camila will replace Elizabeth Debicki as the show’s main love interest, helping Hiddleston’s character Jonathan Pine, a former military officer and hotel night manager, in infiltrating an arms gang in Colombia.
While she has had a number of acting roles, the model is best known as the ex-love of movie star Leonardo, 51, whom she dated from 2016-2022.
Previously discussing his role in the series, Tom told British Vogue: ‘It’s unlike any character I’ve ever played.

‘If somebody stops me in the street or I find myself at a social gathering, people will bring up The Night Manager. The association is really strong.’
Emmy Award nominee Camila revealed she was a huge fan of the show before being cast for its long-awaited second season.
She said: ‘I’m supposed to be doing my lines, and instead I’m binge-watching all six episodes, which ended up paying off in the long run.’
The trailer opens with Tom’s character, Jonathan, being told: ‘A lot of intelligence officers come through this room.
‘They sit there, and they smile just like you. The ones I really worry about say nothing, and then one day they explode. Tell me who you really are.’
To which he replies, as action-packed scenes including explosions and high-speed chases play out: ‘I am the man who will not explode’.
The action is expected to expand the story of the novel of the same name by writer John le Carré, which follows an ex-soldier helping penetrate the secret world of ruthless arms dealers.
The synopsis teases ‘betrayal at every turn’ that will see the MI6 operative having to decide who he can trust, and how far he’s willing to go before it’s too late.
