Caesars Palace — the high-profile resort on the Las Vegas Strip — boasts a tagline about the property where “every guest is treated like a Caesar.” While that may be true, guests can soon be treated like a president, as well.
Caesars Palace has unveiled two presidential villas in the resort’s Colosseum Tower, along with 29 sky villas in Octavius Tower. The villas are said to “blend European artistry with modern sophistication” and hail from the design firm of Peter Silling & Associates. The suites are now available for reservations.
The connecting presidential villas cover 19,500-square-feet of both indoor and outdoor space. Each Colosseum villa is a rooftop suite that hosts 1,700-square-feet of terrace area and features views of the Vegas skyline. Amenities include pre-arrival concierge, 24-hour butler and concierge services, 24-hour in-suite dining, complimentary round trip airport transfers and house car service up to a 10-mile radius.
More highlights: Private elevator through a grand vestibule inspired by Roman gardens, floor-to-ceiling windows, custom chandeliers crafted from metal, glass and crystal, double-sided glass fireplace, an entertainment lounge with a feature bar and a midnight marble billiard table, formal dining room with mirror-lined ceilings and a 10-seat Calacatta Oro marble table, a courtyard lounge in a “tranquil setting” with skylight and terrace views, an outdoor terrace with a fluted travertine bar and dark timber dining ensemble, a primary bedroom with a spa-inspired bathroom and bespoke furnishings, a 1,350-square-foot grand primary bedroom in between the two villas with a Calacatta marble tub and Nero Marquina marble floors.
Meanwhile, across the way in Octavius Tower, the sky villas are located on the 68th and 69th floors and were fashioned to “appeal to a new generation of high-end travelers” with design-forward touches like bold material contrasts of marble and metal, velvet and leather and crystal and stone. The villas feature high ceilings, sculptural lighting and art compositions meant to foster “airiness and exclusivity.”
“The new Colosseum presidential villas and Octavius sky villas at Caesars Palace reflect our commitment to elevate the standard of luxury on the Las Vegas Strip,” explained Caesars Entertainment chief commercial officer and regional president Sean McBurney. “As we commemorate our 60th anniversary, we’re proud to unveil these extraordinary spaces, meticulously designed with thoughtful details to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.”
The unveiling of the new villas come amid other Caesars Palace upgrades like an overhaul of the main entrance and crystal-cloaked casino dome, the addition of the Flavian sky suites, Palace court slots, Aureus lounge, Caspian’s Cocktails & Caviar and a renovation of Qua Bath & Spa and fitness center. There’s more on the horizon for 2026 completion: TAO Group Hospitality’s OMNIA Dayclub will take over 46,000-square-feet, with two pools and performances from top DJs; full renovation of nearly 1,000 suites inside Augustus Tower by Peter Silling & Associates; and a VIP check-in lounge. Renovations of 500 rooms in Julius Tower and 1,2000 rooms in Palace Tower are slated for 2027.
Caesars Palace has long been a home to Hollywood. Each year, the resorts hosts CinemaCon, the high-profile exhibition convention that features theater owners mixing it up with major studios, Hollywood stars and press. It has also been home to many major residencies including Celine Dion, Adele, Jennifer Lopez, Jerry Seinfeld and more.
