Britney Spears broke down the “real damage that was done to [her] heart and soul” during her conservatorship while showing off a revealing lingerie look.

In a pair of Instagram reels on Thursday, the “Toxic” songstress modeled an embellished black bra and matching underwear with a pair of high heels, while filming herself in a full-length mirror.

She accessorized the look with a black choker as she showed off different angles of the skin-baring ensemble.

In the first caption, the Grammy winning songstress, 44, recalled a “girlfriend” asking why she was “wearing a rock ’n’ roll bra” and remarking, “That’s not like you at all.”

“And she’s right,” Spears continued. “It’s so not something I would wear for a bra at all whatsoever, although as a performer, I did every night for ‘I Love Rock ’n’ Roll.’”

Spears went on to admit she’s “actually changed big time,” noting that she “used to be able to perform in front of so many people” but is “proud of [herself] for “shutting it all down,” because “for too many years it was forced.”

Spears recalled suffering from attacks of shaking and asthma if she had to “meet more than 10 people in a meet and greet,” and seemingly claimed her father, Jamie Spears — who headed up her 13-year conservatorship before it ended in 2021 — had her “meeting 70 people.”

“I lost the sensitivity of my soul,” Spears wrote. “And it literally hurt. I felt like a robot.” Spears continued, writing that she was “secretly very sensitive and painfully shy.”

“Honestly, I felt like a robot, a machine. And thank the lord it’s over,” she concluded.

In the second caption, the “My Prerogative” hitmaker admitted, “I feel like, still to this day, people don’t realize the real damage that was done to my heart and soul in the conservatorship.”

“The Woman in Me” author wrote that though she was shy, she “got to be someone different on stage,” but after having her children — sons Jayden, 19, and Sean Preston, 20 — she “felt so silly and embarrassed.”

Spears touched on her dating life following her 2024 divorce from Sam Asghari, confessing that “I’ve been single for so long, and I haven’t really shown my body except one time in my green bathing suit.”

She also looked back on a time when she “always felt like the youngest and shortest person in the room” after coming to Los Angeles as a young performer, and meeting Shakira, whom she claimed was “exactly” her size.

“We were honestly twins 👯‍♀️ It was insane,” she wrote. Spears then divulged that she remembered “finally [feeling] normal” after meeting the “Hips Don’t Lie” singer for her 2001 “Whenever, Wherever” video.

A rep for Jamie was not immediately available for comment. A rep for Britney did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for additional comment on Thursday evening.

Spears — who frequently shares heartfelt social media captions alongside videos modeling various fashions — was finally released from her conservatorship in November 2021.

Prior to the victory, the iconic singer broke her silence on the conservatorship, giving two days worth of testimony labeling the legal arrangement “abusive” and calling for her father to be jailed.

She called the legal arrangement “abusive” and said it had been used to “ruin” her life. “I’ve been in shock. I am traumatized,” she said at the time.

“You know, fake it till you make it. But now I’m telling you the truth. It’s my wish and my dream for all of this to end.”

Spears has since released a bombshell memoir and been arrested for an alleged DUI — which she resolved by pleading guilty to a lesser “wet reckless” charge.
