Blake Lively stepped out with family, two days after being dealt a disappointing blow in her legal battle with Justin Baldoni.
The “Gossip Girl” alum was photographed in New York City on Friday night with her husband, Ryan Reynolds, and her sister, Robyn Lively.
Blake sported brown overalls over a black tanktop for the outing, completing her look with loafers and gold jewelry.
She looked carefree strolling through the Big Apple.
Robyn, 54, doubled up on denim, while Reynolds, 49, opted for a gray sweater, black pants and a newsboy cap.
The duo has been by Blake’s side amid her contentious legal war with her “It Ends With Us” co-star.
When the actress initially filed a complaint against Baldoni, 42, in December 2024 accusing him of sexual harassment — claims she echoed in her lawsuit weeks later — Robyn applauded the decision via Instagram.
“FINALLY justice for my sister @blakelively,” she wrote.
Robyn shared a similar sentiment when Baldoni’s countersuit was tossed by a judge in 2025, gushing, “No one knows you quite like I do, and man am I ever proud of you.”
Reynolds, who wed Blake in 2012 and shares four children with her, told “Sunday Sitdown” viewers in April that he has “never been more proud” of his partner.
Blake and Baldoni were scheduled to go to trial in May — after 10 of Blake’s 13 claims were thrown out — but the former co-stars settled two weeks ahead of the court date.
Neither received any money in the agreement.
The “Simple Favor” star, however, sought $7,495,526.87 in attorneys’ fees and $539,514.01 in litigation costs and expenses from Baldoni — and was granted a fraction of the sum on Wednesday.
A judge dubbed the requested amount an “outrageously unreasonable demand” and ruled that Baldoni, instead, only has to pay Blake $363,245.40 in attorneys’ fees and another $44,206.35.
Lively’s attorneys, Esra Hudson and Michael Gottlieb, shared a statement with Page Six insisting the “case was never about money – it was about accountability.”
As for Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, he told us, “The ruling is a significant victory for my clients and sends a clear message that, no matter how powerful you may be, the courtroom is not a place to take advantage of the law for your own personal gain.”
Baldoni, who has denied Lively’s allegations, addressed the drama for the first time in a July Instagram video alongside wife Emily Baldoni.
“There have been so many painful things spoken into existence over the last couple of years,” the “Jane the Virgin” alum told his followers at the time. “That created so much noise, and we didn’t want to add to the noise,” he continued. “So we just wanted to let the justice system run its course.”
His 42-year-old spouse added, “And the truth and facts have spoken for themselves, and here we are.”
