Halle Bailey isn’t one to shy away from showing a little skin and she was at it again on Friday, and this time for a very special occasion.
The Little Mermaid star was celebrating her 26th birthday and to honor it she gifted fans with a string of racy bikini snaps on Instagram.
‘it’s my bday,’ Bailey wrote in the caption alongside a smiling face with hearts emoji. ‘i’m 26 today. i’m on a boat with my loved ones. the sun is shining. God is so good.’
Bailey, who has a two-year-old son, Halo, with ex-boyfriend, rapper DDG, was practically spilling out of her lime-green bikini as she enjoyed the sun while lounging on the deck of a luxurious-looking boat.
Followers responded warmly with birthday greetings and flower, heart and birthday cake emojis.
‘Love you, babe, always,’ one fan wrote while another seconded, ‘Happy birthday Queen.’

Bailey, who will soon be seen opposite Bridgerton’s Rege-Jean Page, 38, in the new romantic movie You, Me and Tuscany, due in theaters on April 10, recently shared that she is a huge fan of Bridgerton.
And she has revealed which character she would most like to play in the Netflix period drama series based on Julia Quinn’s novels.
Speaking to The Guardian, Bailey said: ‘I love Bridgerton, yes. I would want to be the queen, because she is amazing, gets to choose the diamond of the season, matchmake and watch people fall in love.’
Bailey also heaped praise on her You, Me and Tuscany leading man. ‘Rege is so funny. He’s such a warm, kind-hearted guy,’ she said.
‘I feel his English accent really comes out now that we’re here in London. When we’re in my home – LA – it goes in and out. I hope some of his English charm rubbed off on me.’
The Los Angeles native also revealed that she’d love to take on a horror role next, having been left impressed by recent box-office hit Sinners, which starred Michael B Jordan and Hailee Steinfeld.
‘I’d love to do a horror,’ she admitted. ‘When I saw Sinners, I thought, “I wish I was in that movie!” All the things that I’ve done so far are very nice but lighthearted, so I’d love to do something a bit heavier.’

The Los Angeles native is a huge Bridgerton fan who will soon be seen in the romantic movie You, Me and Tuscany opposite Rege-Jean Page, who famously starred in the first season of the popular Netflix period drama (pictured at a photocall for the film on March 19)
Meanwhile, Bailey also opened up about her close relationship with Beyoncé, describing the Grammy-winning star as a ‘cool auntie.’
The singer-actress – who has known Beyoncé since she was 15 – revealed that she still turns to the chart-topping singer for guidance on her music.
Bailey – who released her debut solo album, Love?… or Something Like It, in 2025 – said, ‘I do still reach out and say, “Hey, can you listen to this and tell me your opinion?”
‘She’s always so responsive and attentive, but she also lets you be you. She just lets you fly.’
