Real Housewives of New York star turned dating club founder Bethenny Frankel is weighing in on Tom Brady and influencer Alix Earle’s rumored age-gap romance.
The NFL hero, 48, and Dancing With The Stars runner-up Earle, 25, who recently split with Brady’s ex-teammate Braxton Berrios, were filmed getting handsy at a yacht party in St. Barths as they welcomed in 2026 together.
The footage immediately went viral and led to intense speculation about their status. Brady has been single since his 2022 divorce from Gisele Bundchen, the mother of two of his three children, with the Brazilian supermodel marrying jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente in December.
Now Frankel – who recently launched the private, application-only dating community The Core – has offered her two cents after on their alleged romance.
In an Instagram video uploaded Monday, Frankel, 55, said that while individuals with a similar age-gap wouldn’t be set up on her dating club, she stood up for the possible match – reminding viewers they are responsible, ‘consenting adults’ who have good relationships with their friends and peers.
‘Let me ask you something about Tom Brady and Alix Earle. And it’s not, “Why does anyone care?” Because everyone cares. Why aren’t they allowed to do what they want to do?’ she said.

‘So, they’re two consenting adults. He is a legendary, disciplined athlete that is respected by his entire community and everyone he’s worked with, and Alix Earle is a successful influencer who is showing up on time and seems to have good, meaningful friendships.
‘Let’s say that they hung out for five minutes, zero minutes, or they, in five years, decide to spend the rest of their lives together. Why shouldn’t people do what they want to do?’
‘Now, dating with my membership community, we don’t set people up that are 25 years difference because we don’t believe that it’s setting people up for alignment, and we want people who want to meet their life partner right now,’ she said. ‘Doesn’t mean there aren’t exceptions, there are many exceptions.’
‘This particular case, these two people are legal, consenting adults, they come from good families, he raises good children, and everybody’s not gonna get every score perfect on every choice either,’ she said.
‘And by the way, life is short.’
‘I can promise you that when they’re closing the box, if that’s how you decide to go, you’re not going to be saying “I wish I did more of what everybody wanted me to do,” or wore more of what everybody wanted me to wear, or said more of what everyone wanted me to say. F**k it,’ she said.
‘Life is short. Do what you want to do, live how you want to live, live with integrity and ethics, try to do the best you can and be good, and you won’t always even be that, and everyone can f**k off.’

Neither has commented directly on the viral videos but they also aren’t doing much to play them down.
Brady shared a quote to his Instagram story as the footage surfaced, which said: ‘People are not beautiful for how they look or speak. They’re beautiful for how they love, care and treat others.’
He also posted a picture of his pool, back at his Florida mansion, with the caption: ‘Home Sweet Home’.
One clip from the night out showed Earle glancing over her shoulder and looking Brady up and down as they got their groove on, while another captures Brady appearing to place his hand around her lower waist.
Earle later shared pictures of her outfit on Instagram and was swarmed with comments about the Brady video.

According to Page Six, an insider claimed that Earle and Brady also broke off together and headed to a private cabin to talk at one stage of the evening.
‘They were at a yacht party and met, and broke off from the larger group, talking for a lot of the night,’ the source is quoted as saying.
Dancing With The Stars runner-up Earle recently announced her split from Houston Texans wide receiver Berrios, not long after celebrating their two-year anniversary together.
Berrios, 30, was drafted by the New England Patriots in 2018, when none other than Brady was the team’s starting quarterback.
