“Below Deck Mediterranean” star Nathan Gallagher is reportedly facing an assault charge from an incident that took place in 2022. According to Irish news website Donegal Daily, there is a live bench warrant in existence in Ireland for Gallagher’s arrest. The reality star is charged with assaulting another man and causing him harm at Main Street in Dungloe, Ireland, on August 7, 2022. The outlet reported that the warrant was issued at Dungloe District Court in April 2025 after Gallagher failed to appear.
