Below Deck Mediterranean‘s Joe Bradley is no stranger to love triangles — but when he kissed Kizzi Kitchener while dating Victoria SanJuan he reached a whole new level of complicated.
Joe and Victoria originally formed a connection when he joined halfway through season 10 and as she was still mourning the death of her ex-boyfriend Bon. As the pair continued to grow closer on screen, Joe confirmed to Us Weekly that he was single since filming the hit Bravo show.
When Victoria left for one charter on the anniversary of her ex’s death, Joe secretly kissed Kizzi. They kept it a secret from Victoria until she returned, which is when the love triangle took a turn. Victoria briefly remained with Joe but ultimately decided to end things.
“Joe and I will always be cordial and will always be professional. But I don’t really consider him part of my friend group,” Victoria told Us in December 2025. “The men I keep in my friend group, I admire them because they’re more honest, have self control, hold themselves accountable and have respect — those kinds of qualities.”

The Key Players
Before returning to Below Deck Med for season 10, Joe made his debut and subsequently found himself caught between Bri Muller and Elena Dubaich.
“My message is I’m single and if you want to have a bit of fun and give me the same energy that it just gets a bit chaotic,” Joe exclusively told Us in November 2025 about returning to the franchise. “But I’m your friend at the end of the day, so I’ve still got contact with Elena and I am still in contact with Bri.”
He continued: “We’re friends and we’re young and we’re in a closed environment. It’s going to happen. But I’ve got contact with everyone and I’ve got no malicious intentions.”
Joe joked he learned “absolutely nothing” from his drama with Bri and Elena, adding, “To answer that question without a smile on my face, [my love life this season] was just chaos.”
The Gist
Joe was intrigued by both Kizzi and Victoria when he joined Bravado as a deckhand. He chose to explore a romance with Victoria initially, but as soon as she took a break from the boat Joe and Kizzi tried to kiss without the cameras capturing the infidelity.
After Victoria returned, Joe came clean and, despite the indiscretion, kept dating him. She changed her mind one day later, however, and by that night Joe and Kizzi were flirting again in front of Victoria.
“I wish him all the best,” Victoria told Us about their split. “I think he is a lovely human but I think he has got a lot to learn from his mistakes — if he’s willing to learn from them.”
What Has Been Said
Kizzi, for her part, spoke to Us about whether she had any regrets since filming season 10, sharing in October 2025, “In the moment, you literally forget there’s a camera crew, especially when you’ve had a drink and these people are your friends. If there weren’t cameras, I can’t even imagine what other people say.”
She continued: “I definitely could tone it down in places but I also want to be myself and be real. These things do happen in real life and it doesn’t make you a bad person. … Watching it back, I regret sharing so much with people that aren’t thinking about the context.”
What’s Next
There are still three episodes left of season 10 — with Kizzi and Joe potentially exploring their connection before leaving the Bravado. Off screen, Joe and Victoria both appear to currently be single, while Kizzi is engaged to Tom Whiteley, whom she broke up with while filming Below Deck before getting back together.
