Bella Hadid is back to riding solo after she and boyfriend Adan Banuelos split.
The model, 29, and Banuelos, 36, have called it quits after more than two years of dating, multiple outlets reported on Monday, January 26.
Us Weekly has reached out to Hadid’s rep for comment.
Hadid was first linked to the equestrian in October 2023, after they were spotted kissing while walking around Fort Worth, Texas.
It was later revealed that the couple met at a horse show — a passion they both share. Banuelos is a performance horseman and Hadid grew up riding.
Hadid confirmed her and Banuelos’ relationship in February 2024 while sharing throwback photos from her birthday celebration in October 2023. Among the Instagram pictures was one of Hadid sitting on Banuelos’ lap, in addition to a video of the pair leaning in for a kiss next to her cake.
Us confirmed the following month that Hadid moved to Banuelos’ home state of Texas while focusing on her improving riding abilities. She began competing in cutting championships throughout the U.S. alongside Banuelos, one of the youngest inductees to the National Cutting Horse Association Riders Hall of Fame.

“Bella loves her new low-key lifestyle, and feels secure in her and Adan’s relationship,” a source exclusively told Us in September 2024.
A separate insider told Us that same month that the Victoria’s Secret model “ loves supporting Adan at his rodeos and couldn’t be prouder to be by his side.”
At the time, the insider said that Hadid and Banuelos’ relationship was one they “both see going the distance,” with the first source telling Us that Bella’s mom, Yolanda Hadid, and sister Gigi Hadid were “really happy” she was in such a great place.
As Bella and Banuelos’ connection continued to grow, the pair took their love of country western to the next level by costarring on an episode of Yellowstone together.
Bella played Sadie, a woman dating horse trainer Travis (played by creator Taylor Sheridan), during the December 2024 episode.
In her first scene, Sadie mistakes Beth (Kelly Reilly) for a masseuse when she appears in the doorway.
“You the masseuse?” Sadie asked. Beth quipped, “Do I look like a f***ing masseuse?” Sadie doesn’t skip a beat, pointing out Beth could have been a “very expensive one.”

The scene continues with Beth entering Travis’ house looking for him only to find the trainer playing strip poker with a group of people one of which was played by Banuelos.
Bella gave fans glimpses at her and Baunelos’ love story throughout 2025, including horseback rides together, stolen kisses and the couple spending time at horse competitions. (Bella won her first rodeo check in July 2025 and Banuelos was featured in her social media dump that month.)
Banuelos, meanwhile, sang Bella’s praises in October 2025 in honor of her birthday.
“October’s become a special month. It’s the month God sent you,” he captioned a series of Instagram photos from their time together, “Even with all the chaos and ugliness, He gave us something pure and beautiful. Love you, baby. I’ll keep reminding you every day just how much.”
Bella wrote back in the comments section, “😭💕Baby😭I love you, thank you my bub🥲this is the sweetest…ever💜🥹❤️.”
Prior to their reported split, Bella showed Banuelos support in December 2025 at the National Finals Rodeo. She posted pictures via Instagram from the competition, including a cozy snap with Banuelos in line for curly fries.
Bella — who was named Rookie of the Year in 2024 for her riding skills — also attended a Las Vegas rodeo in support of Banuelos later that month, highlighting one of his runs via social media.
