You might say this spring shoe trend’s on pointe.

Fashion’s latest Frankenshoe is the ballet sneaker, which combines the satin construction and ribbon lacing of a ballerina slipper with the sporty silhouette and rubber sole of a tennis shoe.

Our favorite take on the trend? Vivaia’s Christina Lace-Up Satin Sneakerina, which sold out almost immediately after being released — but was just restocked.

Raising the barre on balletcore, the hybrid shoe is everywhere — including on the ever-stylish Bella Hadid, who wore her “sneakerinas” twice within the past month, in two different colors.

Along with from Hadid’s choices of black and pale gold, the shoe’s also available in Marie Antoinette-worthy pink and light blue.

Fellow catwalker Amelia Gray Hamlin was spotted in Paris wearing the blush color with a few different ‘fits, proving the style’s versatility.

Part of Vivaia’s Nude Satin collection, the shoes have a “barefoot-inspired design for comfort,” according to the brand.

Not just good looks, they are machine-washable, foldable for travel (or your daily commute), and made from recycled materials. They also have a grippy, no-slip bottom and come with two sets of laces in case you’d like to switch up the look.

Vivaia’s many other celebrity fans include Oprah, Julia Roberts, Emma Roberts, Selena Gomez and Katie Holmes, and its shoes are an editor favorite, thanks to their comfort, style and durability.

If you prefer a more traditional ballet-flat profile with a touch of sport, the Yanka style is the sole sister of the Christina and available in the same stunning colorways.

They have a sheepskin-inspired lining for extra comfort and an elasticized ankle for a no-rub fit (and are also made from recycled materials).

Shop these stunners before they sell out again!
