Ariana Grande’s bubble hasn’t burst just yet.
The “Wicked” actress kept her Glinda-inspired dressing streak going on the Oscars 2025 red carpet, where she made an ethereal entrance in a pale pink corseted Schiaparelli ballgown.
She accessorized the voluminous couture piece with a diamond choker and matching stud earrings and styled her hair in a sleek updo for the occasion.
The same dress was shown on the Paris Couture Fashion Week runway in January — which Kendall Jenner also walked — last month in a lighter champagne hue. Grande’s gown contains a whopping more than 190,000 crystal sequins and rhinestones on the gorgeous skirt.
Perhaps Grande, 31, opted for a pink shade instead to nod to her character, as she’s been leaning into the whimsical, vintage aesthetic of the world of Oz throughout the “Wicked” press tour and following awards campaign.
The singer-songwriter’s Oscars look is hardly a departure from the soft silhouettes in pale pinks and yellows that have defined her “Glinda-ification.”
Grande walked the Oscars carpet separately from boyfriend and “Wicked” co-star Ethan Slater, who wore a simple black tuxedo for the night and arrived ahead of the pop star.
At last week’s SAG Awards, the “No Tears Left to Cry” singer chose a light pink off-the-shoulder Loewe gown adorned with floral appliqués.
Grande was nominated for the SAG Award for outstanding performance by a female actor in a supporting role, though she lost out to Zoe Saldaña for her performance in “Emilia Perez.”
Tonight, the “Eternal Sunshine” singer is once again nominated in the same category and will face off against Saldaña as well as Monica Barbaro (“A Complete Unknown”), Felicity Jones (“The Brutalist”) and Isabella Rossellini (“Conclave”).
And, much to fan’s delight, the ceremony will include a musical performance from Grande and co-star Cynthia Erivo, though the details of what songs they might sing have yet to be revealed.
We certainly can’t wait for a wickedly wonderful night.
