Several actresses face a tough time while dealing with body shaming. People often troll them for weight gain and subject them to nasty comments. It’s shocking to see how even just a little bit of weight gain can result in massive negativity and criticism. Recently, Imlie actress Sumbul Touqeer Khan too was subjected to criticism for her weight gain. However, she didn’t take it lying down. Sumbul was quick to take to her Instagram stories to mock all haters and address the nasty comments.

Sumbul gets trolled

She wrote, “I’ve been reading many comments and tweets from a few Victoria’s Secret models about my weight and appearance, and I can say that I’ve never been more mad in my life. I am very politely asking you to stop and let me live my life in peace. If you think I’m ruining my life, let me. I know what I’m doing, and I’m tired now. P.S. The reason for my sudden weight gain was medication prescribed by a neurologist and a psychiatrist, which did not suit me. SHUT UP NOWWWWW.”

Now, Anupamaa actress Rupali Ganguly too has expressed support for Sumbul. She reshared Sumbul’s post and wrote, “So proud of u my sumbulia.” Sumbul then thanked Rupali for supporting her, and wrote back, “I love you Rupali jee.” This is a big story in entertainment news and TV news.
