Another Pushpa 2 fan has died during the screening of Allu Arjun’s movie. The shocking incident has come just a week after a 35-year-old woman lost her life during the Hyderabad screening. The latest report is about a 35-year-old man who died while watching the movie in theatre. It happened on Monday in Andhra Pradesh and the police are investigating the case.
Allu Arjun fan dies while watching Pushpa 2
As reported by PTI, a 35-year-old Allu Arjun fan named Harijana Madhannappa went inside Rayadurgam at 2:30 pm to watch Pushpa 2. Reportedly, he was in an intoxicated state and was found dead around 6 pm by the theatre staff. DSP Kalyandurgam Deputy Superintendent Ravi Babu mentioned that they are still investigating the reason for his death.
Further in entertainment news, Ravi Babu added, “It is not clear when he died, but the cleaning staff found him dead at around 6 pm after the matinee show. He was a father of four children and had a history of alcohol addiction. He was already drunk and consumed more alcohol inside the theatre.” The cops have registered a case under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita Act.
Meanwhile, a few days ago, a 35-year-old woman died during the movie’s premiere on December 4, 2024, in Hyderabad. Allu Arjun was present for the screening and a large crowd was present at the Sandhya Theatre in Hyderabad. The moment fans got to know Arjun had arrived, they ran towards the exit, causing a stampede situation. The woman was present with her husband and two kids. One of her sons is currently undergoing treatment at the hospital. The actor later shared a video apologising for the incident and even offered Rs 25 lakh compensation to the family.
