You might call it a style habit.
Last week, Anne Hathaway stepped out in New York City for an appearance on “The View,” as part of her press tour for the latest Christopher Nolan blockbuster, “The Odyssey.”
The expecting star wore not one, but two of the same pieces that she’d worn earlier in the promo junket: La Ligne Colby Pants in cream satin and Vivaia Emeline Kitten-Heel Sandals in an almond shade, for a chic monochromatic summer look.
The footwear label has become a must-have among fashionable stars, with Katie Holmes, Selena Gomez, Julia Roberts and Pamela Anderson all opting for the eco-conscious, on-trend designs.
Hathaway’s kitten-heel style is flying off shelves, with a few sizes already out of stock. (Though the similar Alina Sandal has a few more sizes available.)
“These sandals are very cute and are very comfortable, and the lower heel makes it ideal to walk in for extended periods of time,” reads one five-star review at Vivaia, where it has a near-perfect rating with shoppers.
“Surprisingly comfortable,” wrote another shopper.
“The Devil Wears Prada” icon wore the same shoes in cherry red earlier this month as part of her fashion-filled press tour.
She’s also stocking up on the La Ligne Colby pants (which are a favorite for Jennifer Lawrence, too). The “Princess Diaries” star has sported them in three colors while promoting “The Odyssey” — red, navy, and most recently, the cream satin version.
The versatile Colby accommodates Hathaway’s growing baby bump, while still looking incredibly stylish. The best-selling pull-on pant comes in six fabric options and many colors to suit any style, casual to dressy.
