The belle of the ball.
Anne Hathaway exuded glamour on Wednesday night at the opening ceremony for Bulgari’s Infinity Serpents Exhibition in Shanghai, China, clad in a gold ballgown by Oscar de la Renta.
Hitting right around the actress’ ankles, the gilded dress featured a protruding strapless neckline and full flared skirt.
Styled by Erin Walsh, Hathaway, who is a Bulgari ambassador, wore the shiny number with equally dazzling jewelry from the luxury label, including its serpenti diamond earrings, serpenti diamond ring and a gold collar necklace.
Keeping with the bejeweled theme, Hathaway finished off with Christian Louboutin gold croc-effect peep-toe heels.
Her makeup artist, Jillian Dempsey, opted for radiant, glowy skin, rosy cheeks and a coordinating lip.
Meanwhile, hairstylist Orlando Pita styled her hair in a low bun with a deep side part.
Hathaway, 42, made her debut as a brand ambassador for the Italian jewelry brand at the Cannes Film Festival 2022, rocking the label’s Mediterranean Reverie necklace and a matching sapphire ring.
Over the years, she’s starred in many campaigns and has become a regular at Bulgari events.
Last May, the actress attended the Italian brand’s runway home in Rome, where she memorably modeled white shirtdress from Gap paired with millions of dollars of diamonds.
The 100% organic cotton design by Gap creative director Zac Posen was made available to purchase for just $158 — and sold out immediately.
Hathaway went viral over the weekend thanks to a hilarious side-by-side comparison of Jeremy Strong’s Golden Globes 2025 outfit — a turquoise bucket hat and velvet suit from Loro Piana — and a similar look seen on her character Mia Thermopolis in the 2001 film “The Princess Diaries.”
Others shared their own hilarious remarks in the comment section.
“the princess of genovia acknowledging the eldest boys fresh blowout is exactly the energy needed to kick off 2025,” one person wrote.
