There is a lot of chatter around Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. Fans are desperate to know about the contestants of Rohit Shetty’s stunt-based show. There are a lot of names that have hit headlines. From Elvish Yadav, Avinash Mishra to Mohsin Khan, there are a lot of speculations doing the rounds on the internet. Ankit Gupta of Udaariyaan fame was also on the list. However, the actor has confirmed that he has rejected the stunt-based show.
Currently, Ankit Gupta is ruling headlines in entertainment news circuit due to his breakup rumours with Priyanka Chahar Choudhary. The two stars have allegedly unfollowed each other on social media leading to the speculation. Amid this, he has now confirmed that he has rejected Khatron Ke Khiladi 15. In a chat with Bollywood Bubble, Ankit Gupta revealed the reason why. The actor said that he has been working on projects back-to-back and that he could have waited a little longer before taking up Bigg Boss. He shared that he could have ‘mentally and physically’ prepared himself and then gone. This is the reason why he isn’t keen on taking of Khatron Ke Khiladi this year. He revealed that he has been offered the show and he even had a meeting with the team. However, he added, “This is the first time probably, mere mann se nahi aa raha hai ki mujhe karna chahiye. That’s why I mentioned that I need two to three months of break for myself. I’m not mentally, physically, emotionally ready for such a show. Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi is a one-time show, so I would want to give my best. So maybe I should just wait for another year.”
Meanwhile, Ankit Gupta has also opted out of Ravi Sargun’s show Terre Ho Jaayein Hum. The actor shared that he needs some time for himself to rejuvenate and recharge.
