Andy Cohen hinted at the reason for Tamra Judge’s abrupt exit from “The Real Housewives of Orange County.”

After Judge, 57, announced her departure from the Bravo reality series Sunday night during a cast trip to New Orleans, Cohen provided his “Radio Andy” listeners with some insight.

“I got the report of what happened last night. All I will say is this — I can’t comment on what’s going on while we’re filming shows,” the network honcho, 56, explained with caution Monday.

“I guess the only thing that is at the top of my mind is that one of her best friends — if not her best friend — is going through an incredibly intense health crisis. So maybe keep that in mind.”

Judge’s close pal and “Two Ts in a Pod” co-host, Teddi Mellencamp — who is currently taking a “brief sabbatical” from the podcast — is battling skin cancer that metastasized to her brain and lungs.

Last month, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 43, underwent emergency brain surgery to have tumors removed.

“For the last several weeks I’ve been dealing with severe and debilitating headaches,” she revealed to her Instagram followers at the time.

“Yesterday the pain was unbearable and required hospitalization. After a CT scan and MRI, doctors found multiple tumors on my brain, which they believe have been growing for at least 6 months.”

She continued, “Two of the tumors will be surgically removed today – The remaining smaller tumors will be dealt with via radiation at a later date.”

Mellencamp returned to the platform two weeks later to share that “more tumors were removed than expected: 4 in total.”

She made sure to note, “This fight is not over, but that round has been won,” before expressing gratitude for her medical team, family, friends and fans.

Then last week, the former Bravolebrity announced that her latest “scans” showed “3 more tumors in [her] brain and 2 tumors on [her] lungs.“

“These are all a direct result of my melanoma,” she lamented. Mellencamp was diagnosed with stage 2 melanoma in October 2022 and has undergone around 20 surgeries since then.

Still, she said in her most recent update that her “doctors are hopeful that these additional mutations will be removed via immunotherapy.”

She concluded by quoting Cohen, writing, “Now, as @bravoandy would say: with all due… f*** off, cancer!”

As for Judge, she posted on her Instagram Story late Sunday, “It was a long run! When life gives you real problems this reality s–t doesn’t make sense. Peace out ✌️. Im out.”

Fan account @tasteof_reality then uploaded a screenshot of the “RHOC” star’s message and asked in the caption, “Is Tamra quitting??”

Judge confirmed in the comments section, “Yes!!!”
