Amy Schumer turned heads on Tuesday as she shared a series of revealing snaps, including a bikini photo and a cheeky mirror selfie.
The 44-year-old comedian looked radiant and relaxed while soaking up the sun on a tropical getaway, showing off her physique after a long and very public health journey.
Schumer has been open about using the GLP-1 medication Mounjaro to aid her weight loss after previously trying Ozempic and struggling with harsh side effects.
She has also spoken candidly about battling Cushing syndrome, which occurs when the body has a high level of the hormone cortisol, and perimenopause, both of which took a major toll on her health over the years.
In one snap, the actress swam in the ocean in a bikini, while another showed her confidently modeling a sleek black SKIMS look – which she playfully tagged ‘@skims life.’
The carefree photos arrive just weeks after Schumer confirmed her split from her husband, with the star appearing upbeat, confident, and firmly in her next chapter.

The actress tied the knot with chef Chris Fischer in 2018 and the pair are also parents to son Gene, six.
Shortly before news of their separation came to light, the estranged couple had been embroiled in rumors of marriage turmoil – with a source telling Daily Mail last month that they were going through a ‘rough time.’
Schumer took to Instagram to confirm that both she and Fischer had made the ‘difficult decision to end’ their seven-year marriage, but emphasized the split was ‘amicable.’
She posted a photo of the pair sitting on the NYC subway and captioned it, ‘Blah blah blah Chris and I have made the difficult decision to end our marriage after 7 years.
‘We love each other very much and will continue to focus on raising our son. We would appreciate people respecting our privacy at this time.’
She added with her trademark humor, ‘blah blah blah not because I dropped some lbs and thought I could bag a basket and not because he’s a hot [James] Beard award-winning chef who can still pull some hot tail. Amicable and all love and respect! Family forever.’
The couple said ‘I do’ in February 2018 during a romantic Malibu ceremony attended by 80 guests, including Jennifer Lawrence, and had signed a prenup before tying the knot.
Their son Gene was born in 2019, turning six this past May.
In the months leading up to the split, insiders told Daily Mail the pair faced ‘growing pains in marriage,’ with speculation fueled when Schumer deleted photos from Instagram and was seen skipping her wedding ring in posts.

They even listed several homes for sale, including their 2021 New Orleans property, though Schumer later took it off the market, with a source saying it was ‘too special’ and held ‘too many memories.’
Alongside her personal life, Schumer has remained frank about her health and body journey.
After undergoing a hysterectomy, appendix removal, and cesarean, she opted for liposuction in 2022.
‘It’s not about needing to be slamming, because I’ve never been famous for being hot, but I’d reached a place where I was tired of looking at myself in the mirror,’ she told THR. ‘I wasn’t going to get there with grilled chicken and walks.’
After the procedure, she revealed she weighed 170 pounds.
‘I just wanted to be real about it,’ Schumer added, noting that procedures like hers are common in Hollywood but rarely discussed openly.
On a 2023 appearance on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, she admitted she had tried Ozempic, explaining, ‘I was one of the people that felt so sick and, like, couldn’t, like, play with my son. Although I felt ‘skinny,’ I realized ‘this isn’t livable for me.’’
She’s also shared her struggles with Wegovy, saying on social media in March 2025, ‘I wanted to share, and keep it 100 with you, that years ago … I tried Wegovy and I was like puking. I couldn’t handle it.’

Afterward, she consulted a telehealth doctor and was prescribed estrogen and progesterone to treat perimenopause symptoms.
‘They put me on estrogen and progesterone because I realized I was in perimenopause, and my symptoms of being in perimenopause have disappeared,’ she said. ‘My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy. I want to ‘get down’ more, if you know what I mean,’ she joked. ‘I’m talking about sex.’
‘I’m having a really good experience, so I wanted to keep it real with you about that,’ she added.
The Type 2 diabetes medication that jump-started her weight loss, she revealed on Instagram, is Mounjaro.
In a March 2025 video, she said she’s having a ‘really good experience’ with it compared to other injectable weight-loss drugs she’s tried.
