She revealed: ‘Without being too maudlin, I had a really difficult birth with Hollie, which ended up with me in a coma. I died.
‘I was in intensive care, and the baby was fine. And then when I came round and everything was alright, I never stopped thinking about death after that – how easy and close it is to you, all the time.’
Alan nodded in agreement, and Amanda added: ‘Life is so precious. It can disappear from you so fast.’
‘I’m like, “Make every second count,” literally,’ she said, before Alan offered her another glass of Cava.
The actress then lightened the mood by letting out a humorous burp, giggling through an apology.

She looked completely in her element as she partied the night away with her pals at the Maine in Mayfair, London.
While, Amanda also shared a glimpse of her birthday cake, looking happier than ever in one snap as a massive chocolate cake, topped with sparklers, was presented to her.
Captioning the photo, she wrote: ‘Rinsing my birthday (a month later). Looks like I’m wearing a cake dress.’
