Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan was brutally attacked by an intruder and he suffered multiple stab injuries. He was immediately rushed to Lilavati Hospital for emergency surgery. Reportedly, Saif is recovering and is out of danger. This incident has shocked everyone. Recently, Akshay Kumar praised Saif’s bravery in protecting his family during the attack.
Akshay jokingly suggested that if they collaborate on another film, it could be ‘Do Khiladi’. Akshay lauded Saif’s safety after the stabbing incident and added that the entire film industry was grateful to hear that the actor was recovering. He even saluted Saif’s courage and also expressed his deepest respect for Actir’s actions. He fondly remembered sharing the screen with Saif Ali Khan in Main Khiladi Tu Anari. Akshay suggested a potential sequel, Do Khiladi and praised Saif’s courageous fight during the incident. Sky Force actor Akshay was speaking at the press conference wherein he was accompanied by his co-star Veer Pahariya.
Jackie Shroff also spoke to the media and described Saif’s stabbing incident as an unfortunate event. He even raised concerns by stating that it does not indicate a broader threat to Bollywood. Then he reassured them that the industry was safe and urged people not to jump to conclusions.
Well, the suspect behind Saif Ali Khan’s attack has been identified as Shariful Islam Shehzad Mohammad Rohilla Amin Fakir also known as Vijay Das. The 30-year-old Bangladeshi national allegedly attacked Saif at his Bandra residence on January 16. He got arrested and is being held in police custody. Cops have charged him with robbery, house-breaking, and other offenses under Indian law.
