Aaron Judge confirmed the news that his wife, Samantha Bracksieck, is pregnant with their first child.
The New York Yankees star posted a roundup of photos from 2024 to his Instagram feed on New Year’s Eve as the pair await the arrival of their baby girl.
While Judge notably did not include any snaps of Bracksieck’s baby bump, he responded to a comment congratulating the parents-to-be.
“I can predict the name already,” celebrity mind reader Devonte Rosero wrote, to which the MLB player replied on New Year’s Day, “I’d love to hear it!” with a crying-laughing emoji.
Page Six exclusively reported on Dec. 26 that Judge, 32, and Bracksieck, 31, are expecting a daughter.
The longtime couple met at Linden High School in California and also went to college together at Fresno State.
The notoriously private duo never publicly announced their engagement before tying the knot in December 2021 in Maui, Hawaii.
Guests at their wedding included the groom’s then-teammates Gary Sánchez, Gleyber Torres and Luis Cessa.
Last summer, Judge made a rare comment about Bracksieck while reflecting on the nine-year, $360 million deal he signed with the Yankees in December 2022.
The slugger shared on the “Casa De Klub” podcast that his spouse was the one to encourage him to call team chairman Hal Steinbrenner about extending his contract.
The conversation paid off, as Judge not only remained a Bronx Bomber but was also named the franchise’s 16th captain.
“Sam was hitting me like, ‘You gotta be saying something!’” he recalled with a laugh of the “special” honor.
