This Bollywood actress became a national crush from the first film itself. She appeared in many music videos too and made fans fall in love with her beauty and charisma. However, she could not establish herself as a leading lady of Bollywood but she did find success down South. She once hit headlines for a film that reportedly featured 30 kissing scenes.
The actress is Sonal Chauhan. It released in 2008 and the actress shared the screen space with Emraan Hashmi. It was produced by Mukesh Bhatt. The film was a decent hit and she also got a three-film deal with the Bhatts. The same year, she marked her debut in Telugu industry with Rainbow. Over the years, she has worked in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi film industry. In 2013, her movie 3G with Neil Nitin Mukesh drew her the most attention. There was a lot of hullabaloo around the film as it was being stated that the movie featured 30 kissing scenes. But Sonal as well as Neil had clarified that there are no 30 kissing scenes in the film. During interviews and promotions, she said, “If there are 30 kisses I wonder where are the scenes. It is not right… I don’t know where it comes from.” In recent times, Sonal has been seen in many supporting characters in films like Paltan, Adipurush and more.
Sonal Chauhan has also remained in entertainment news because of her link-ups. From cricketer KL Rahul to Emraan Hashmi, her name has been linked to a few. But she did strongly react to these rumours and set the records straight.
