Shraddha Kapoor is quite selective when it comes to signing movies. After her 2020 movie Street Dancer 3D, the actress was seen on the big screen in Stree 2. The horror comedy, directed by Amar Kaushik, also stars Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana, and Abhishek Banerjee. It turned out to be the biggest blockbuster of 2024 in Bollywood. However, the actress has not announced any other movie since then.
Shraddha Kapoor on her next big film
It has been months since Shraddha Kapoor has been a part of a movie. Fans are wondering which will be the next project she will sign. Recently, the actress opened up on the same. A video is going viral on Reddit in which Kapoor talked about her next project. The actress said, “toh meri agli film kaunsi hai… toh abhi officially toh announce nahi karungi, January mein aapko bata dungi. (So which is my next movie? I can’t announce it officially now. I will announce it in January).”
A Redditor shared the video on the platform and thinks she will be a part of Krrish 4. The caption reads, “Shraddha will announce her new movie in January. It’s most probably Krrish 4.” The reasor this person feels it will be this movie is because earlier, Rakesh Roshan said in an interview that Krrish 4 would be announced in January. Kapoor was also spotted at Siddharth Anand’s office recently.
In the comments, fans believe the movie will be Naagin. Years ago, Ekta Kapoor announced the project with Shraddha Kapoor in the lead role. One comment reads, “Could be or it is that mythology one or time travel which she has mentioned in past with her bf production house.” One more person commented, “naagin. blockbuster hogi. shraddha is queen of the masses, naagin is a story made for the masses. rampage, the director is also very very talented.”

Meanwhile, we don’t know which movie Shraddha will announce, but one project she is definitely a part of is Stree 3. The makers have already confirmed the third installment of the horror-comedy movie. Even the sequel ends with several cliffhangers and new characters entering the horror universe. But fans will have to wait a bit longer to see her as the gorgeous witch on the big screen again!
