Bindi Irwin looked happier than ever as she celebrated her 28th birthday on Friday, with the wildlife warrior sharing heartwarming moments with husband Chandler Powell at Brisbane Airport.
The celebrity conservationist was all smiles at the busy airport alongside her American-born husband, 29, with the pair appearing completely engrossed in each other while waiting to board their flight.
Dressed casually in a black T-shirt, navy jacket, jeans and sneakers, Bindi kept things low-key as she carried a backpack and clutched her phone while chatting animatedly with Chandler.
Bindi appeared unable to wipe the grin from her face, bursting into laughter as the couple shared what looked to be a private joke inside the terminal.
Meanwhile, Chandler matched his wife’s relaxed look in a navy long-sleeve shirt, jeans and brown boots, completing the outfit with a khaki backpack slung over both shoulders.
The former professional wakeboarder couldn’t hide his affection for Bindi, smiling broadly as the pair stood close together while waiting in the airport.

At one point, Bindi looked up adoringly at her husband as she laughed, while Chandler gazed back at her with a beaming smile.
In another sweet moment, the couple walked side-by-side through the terminal with their hands resting on their chests as they chatted.
