Critics flocked to the comments of the Instagram post to leave vile remarks about her appearance, with some falsely accusing her of having a ‘botched’ boob job.
‘Impossible to look at the makeup, what is that hole in the sternum?’ one person wrote, while another said: ‘Why is your chest like that?’
‘What kind of deformation on the cleavage is this?’ a third noted.

The eastern suburbs socialite was hit with a wave of nasty comments online after she shared a video in which she had a noticeable dip in her breastbone
‘You should ask for a refund for those implants,’ one user said, while someone else agreed: ‘If those are implants you need a refund immediately. You’ve been botched.’
Fans of Casey, 28, instantly rushed to her defence, calling the nasty comments ‘cringe’ and ‘appalling’.
‘The jealousy in some of these comments is so cringe. You are PERFECTION,’ one person wrote.
‘You are so beautiful don’t mind about these insecure people commenting, they are used to beauty standards. People look different and you look so gorgeous really!’ another commented.
‘Some of the comments are so appalling. I’m sorry people think it’s OK to comment on your body like this,’ a third added.
‘You’re insanely gorgeous don’t even pay any attention to anyone trying to find even a single flaw with how you look, would bet millions they don’t even hold a candle to you,’ one user penned.
Someone else pointed out that the dip in Casey’s breastbone could be due to a medical condition called pectus excavatum.
‘For people who are dumb, it looks like mild pectus excavatum which is a congenital deformity of the chest bone,’ they said.
