Taylor Swift said she would invite everyone she has ever met to her wedding when she first announced her engagement – and judging by Wednesday’s arrivals at JFK, she was deadly serious.
Guests have been jetting in from across the globe to make sure they can attend the Life of a Showgirl hitmaker’s upcoming nuptials to Travis Kelce at Madison Square Garden.
British host Graham Norton was one of the first to touch down at JFK, alongside his husband Jono McLeod.
Exclusive pictures obtained by the Daily Mail show bleary-eyed Norton on Wednesday, clad in a blue shirt and flanked by his husband, luggage in tow.
Phoebe Waller-Bridge was also spotted arriving at the airport on Wednesday, accompanied by family and a young child. And Dua Lipa was among those already in the Big Apple.
Norton’s presence will come as little surprise to anyone who caught his BBC chat show last October.
It was during that very appearance that Swift turned to Norton and invited him to her wedding after showing off her engagement ring and admitting that narrowing down the guest list was the most stressful part of planning, because she intended to invite ‘anyone I’ve ever talked to.’
Swift then made good on a second promise made that same evening, when her fellow chat show guest Domhnall Gleeson joked on air that he wanted to be in one of her music videos, Swift took him at his word.

She had him star in ‘Opalite,’ her retro-90s video shot in secret at the Whitgift shopping center in Croydon, south London, in late November – featuring Gleeson, Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, Lewis Capaldi, and Norton himself.
Norton later revealed on his podcast that he had kept the whole shoot tightly under wraps for months.
It appears both the invitation and the cameo came with a plus-one to the wedding of the century.
Swift and Kelce have enforced a strict ‘no ring, no bring’ policy for the celebration – meaning only married or engaged guests are permitted to bring a date.
The rule has already sparked debate, with wedding planners branding it ‘outdated’ and fans pointing out that several of Swift’s closest friends – including Gigi Hadid, who is in a long-term relationship with Bradley Cooper but not yet married – may find their partners left off the list.

Anya Taylor-Joy and her husband, Malcolm McRae, were spotted enjoying a low-key outing together in the Big Apple
Waller-Bridge has her own history with Swift, with the Fleabag creator moving in overlapping circles with Swift for years, and was among the crowd at the Eras Tour London shows in 2024.
She was memorably caught on camera sprinting back to the VIP tent alongside her co-star Andrew Scott when the opening chords of ‘Style’ rang out.
The British arrivals join a growing roll call of A-listers converging on New York.
Ed Sheeran – one of Swift’s oldest friends and a confirmed guest – was spotted dining with Taylor’s longtime collaborator Aaron Dessner at Buona Sera on the Lake in Malta, upstate New York on June 30, just hours from the city.
Swift has previously joked it would be ‘hard to stop’ Sheeran from grabbing the mic at the reception.
With Stevie Nicks and Tim McGraw also said to be performing, he may not be the only one.

Dua Lipa was also pictured entering Electric Lady Studios in New York Wednesday alongside Camila Cabello, raising inevitable questions about whether the pair are laying down something special for the reception.
Sabrina Carpenter was also seen enjoying a meal out with friends at Emmett’s on Grove in the West Village, adding to a guest list that is beginning to look less like a wedding and more like a who’s who of the entire music industry.
The ‘Espresso’ singer, who opened for Swift on parts of her Eras Tour, was seen in the background of a video shared on X, wearing her trademark blond locks long and what appeared to be a leather jacket.
Swift has even invited the five starters who propelled the New York Knicks to NBA championship glory just weeks ago to her and Kelce’s wedding, according to Page Six.
Jalen Brunson, Karl-Anthony Towns, Mikal Bridges, OG Anunoby and Josh Hart are all set to be there for the ceremony and party in the heart of Manhattan.
Brunson, the biggest Knicks star, has made no secret in the past of being a Swiftie. And as Daily Mail reported at the time, the Knicks stars were happier with Swift attending their game than Donald Trump, when he turned up for Game 3.
The A-list couple got engaged in August 2025 after two years of dating
Swift and Kelce have allegedly dropped $160,000 for law enforcement presence at MSG on Thursday, July 2 and Friday, TMZ reported; taken on June 29
Earlier this week on Monday, equipment was seen being delivered and unloaded into MSG in photos taken for the Daily Mail
A red carpet had also been laid out over steps leading into MSG before an aide for Swift instructed for it to be rolled up and removed, turning the wedding prep into chaos
An insider informed the Daily Mail in early June that Swift and Kelce had embraced the idea of a ‘spectacle’ wedding and selected Madison Square Garden as the venue.
Sources also previously claimed to the Daily Mail that guests who received an invitation are being required to sign an NDA before receiving information about the wedding.
Family and close friends of the couple are also allegedly being asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement.
Those who RSVP are then sent a link to the NDA, which requires guests not to disclose information about the wedding.
Last year in August, Kelce popped the big question and Swift shared photos from the intimate engagement on Instagram with the caption: ‘Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.’
The sports player had turned his backyard in Kansas City into a secret garden wonderland, which offered a romantic atmosphere.
