Mickey Rourke looked frail this week while stepping out in Los Angeles.
The 73-year-old retired professional boxer – who recently issued an apology to ex-wife Carre Otis – opened his mouth to reveal missing teeth.
Along with the gummy display, the troubled star was clad in a stained, grey, zip-up sweatshirt, pulling the hood over his head.
Rourke was walking a small white dog in a pair of faded jeans, and he wore aviator sunglasses.
He has struggled in his personal life lately, and in late 2025 was evicted from his Los Angeles home after failing to pay nearly $60,000 in rent.
Reps for Rourke later told The Daily Mail at the time the reason he ‘stopped paying rent was because the living conditions in the house had become unacceptable.’
Fans quickly donated $100,000 to a GoFundMe set up by an assistant to Rourke’s manager Kimberly Hines.

But the actor declined the money, calling the campaign a ‘cruel embarrassment.’
Through his team, he said in a statement: ‘For months there were serious problems that repeatedly went unaddressed despite my efforts to have them fixed.’
Rourke said that ‘there were ongoing rodent issues that required multiple visits but were never fully resolved, and the bathroom and plumbing frequently did not work.
‘I made repeated requests for repairs, but the problems continued and basic maintenance was never properly handled.’
Rourke concluded, ‘Withholding rent was not a decision I made lightly.
‘I simply could not continue paying for a house that was in such poor condition after so many attempts to have these issues corrected.’
In March a Los Angeles court entered a default judgment for landlord Eric T. Goldie against Rourke in an eviction dispute over the rental home.
Goldie said in legal documents filed in late December that his tenant owed $59,100 in unpaid rental fees.
Rourke failed to respond to the eviction notice within the designated time frame under California law, leading to the default judgment.

The court granted Goldie immediate possession of the property and nixed the remaining lease agreement, effectively keeping Rourke out of the home moving forward.
The judgment included a notation of possession only – indicating it had been centered on who resides at the physical property – as opposed to financial disputes linked to the rental agreement.
On December 18 the Angel Heart actor was presented with three-day notice to pay or leave, according to a legal complaint from Goldie.
Rourke, full name is Philip Rourke Jr., had resided in the three-bedroom Southern California home since March 30, 2025 – at which point he’d signed a lease agreeing to pay $5,200/month.
Goldie said in the legal complaint, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on December 29, that the actor had ‘failed to comply with the requirements of’ the order he was given to settle up or move out.’
He also asked the court to force the actor to cover the legal costs he spent in trying to recoup the rent; and for Rourke to forfeit the remainder of the rental agreement.
