At 76 years old, Vera Wang is no stranger to a skin-baring look.
And she may very well have debuted her most daring look yet at Thursday night’s Fragrance Foundation Awards.
The fashion designer was spotted entering New York City’s David H. Koch theater at Lincoln Center wearing a bra top and dangerously low-slung skirt — all designed by Vera Wang herself, of course.
In fact, the skirt practically defied the laws of physics, sitting as low as possible on her back without revealing too much.
In the front, the sheer, skirt that was designed with opaque wide-leg pants underneath, crossed at her naval, with a waistband that split in hip-hugging cutouts.
Wang added some whimsy by way of accessories: pastel blue opera-length gloves, sunglasses and playful pigtail buns.
The designer also posted a series of images on social media before leaving her apartment with the caption, “ALL GUSSIED UP.”
Fans were loving it, with one comparing her to Audrey Hepburn. “You just keep getting more and more beautiful!,” another wrote.
Wang’s last major red carpet appearance was last month at the Met Gala, where she wowed in another ab-baring look.
For the event, she wore a similarly bare skirt-and-bra combo and rocked bleached blond hair.
With Wang’s 77th birthday coming up later this month, we can only imagine what she’ll wear to celebrate the milestone.
