Perrie Edwards has revealed that her Little Mix bandmates tried to set her up with Prince Harry at a royal event.
The singer, 32, appeared on the Capital Evening Show with Jimmy Hill on Friday to talk about her new single Passenger Princess.
While speaking to Jimmy, the hitmaker recalled a moment when her former bandmates tried to set her up with the Duke of Sussex.
When asked if she had ever met the prince, she replied: ‘Yes, I’ve met Prince Harry.’
‘Have you what was he like?’ Jimmy asked.
Perrie replied: Really nice. We performed at the Royal Variety, is that what it’s called? And we met Prince Harry then.

‘And I was single at the time and the girls were like ‘oh, you and Prince Harry,’ and I was like ‘give it a rest!’
‘For the story though that would have been fun,’ said.
Perrie continued: ‘Yeah, if any of us were single we’d just pie them off to anyone really.
‘Not saying that Prince Harry is anyone, we love Prince Harry! But you know what I mean, at the time it was like ‘oh, you’re single and he’s single!’
‘I mean, he’s still a very good looking man now but he was real hot when he was younger,’ Jimmy said.
Perrie replied: ‘Yeah, it’s because he was a bit of a bad boy, wasn’t it?’
Jimmy said: ‘Yeah, he was the bad boy! But looking back I don’t think he was that much of a bad boy really.’
Perrie clarified: ‘Well he was for a royal! Like drinking and partying and having a good old time that was a bit frowned upon.’

Little Mix went on an indefinite hiatus in 2022 after their final tour, with members Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, and Leigh-Anne Pinnock pursuing solo projects.
Prior to the hiatus, original member Jesy Nelson officially left the band in December 2020, citing mental health reasons.
Earlier this month, Perrie revealed she’s ‘done’ having children after she and fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain welcomed their daughter Alanis.
The Little Mix star welcomed her baby girl in January, and admitted she was surprised when she learned she was having a daughter as she’d always seen herself as a ‘boy mum.’
Perrie also shared the hilarious reaction her son Axel, four, had when she and Alex discovered the baby’s gender, admitted he ‘had a breakdown’ over the fact that he wasn’t getting a little brother.
The couple got engaged in 2022 after five years of dating, with the singer recently confirming they are finally set to tie the knot later this year.
Asked whether she had any plans to expand her family, Perrie said: ‘I think I might be done.’
The singer said: ‘Axel loves her right, he keeps getting cute aggression with her, and I’m like ”alright be gentle,” it’s so funny though because he’s just not like that in general.

‘I feel like having a girl and the dynamic has really softened the boys, but I never thought I was going to have a girl, ever, I just thought I was going to be a soccer mum forever. Like proper boy mam.’
The singer shared the insight into motherhood on the Hanging Out With Ant and Dec podcast, adding: ‘At first I thought ”no this feels different” it felt so different, but I was still convinced that I wasn’t going to get a girl. I was just going to have boys, which I would have been really happy with as well.’
‘And then we did a reveal just me, Alex and the bairn, and the pink balloon came out, he had a breakdown, he was devastated, he just looked at the pink and I went ”I didn’t want it to be a girl!” and I didn’t know what to do as he was so disappointed!’
Perrie shared her surprise at learning she was having a baby girl, adding: ‘No honestly it was wild, even that whole day I was thinking ”woah this is weird,” it was so strange, but obviously she’s the best thing ever. And I’m buzzing now, I’ve got a girl to do girly things with.
‘Axel’s a mini him and she’s a mini me, blue eyes, fair hair, it’s wild, but it’s great, she’s no bother, I’m very blessed.’
Last month Perrie shared that she and Alex were finally getting married, four years after they got engaged.
In an interview with 1883 Magazine, Perrie was asked about her exciting plans coming up this year.
‘There’s so much in both my personal and professional life – my wedding! I tried on the dress the other day and I’m so happy with it’, she said.

Elsewhere in the chat, Perrie discussed how she juggles motherhood with her busy work schedule.
The singer said: ‘I love being busy and being on stage and being that pop star girly. But then I also love just being at home, being with my kids and being a mum. Going for little dog walks, and just going on adventures and all that kind of thing.
‘I kind of love the balance of work life, personal life, so it’s just me. I feel very fulfilled in my life right now, and I’m very happy with the balance. But yeah, a lot is going on, babies, dogs, planning my wedding.’
Earlier this month, Perrie shared a glimpse into her day to day life with her little ones.
Little Mix star Perrie announced the happy news that she had given birth to a baby girl with a heartwarming Instagram post in January.
Her post was flooded with congratulatory messages from her legion of fans and famous pals, including bandmate Leigh-Anne Pinnock, who wrote: ‘Perfect little angel.’
The couple announced they were expecting their second child together in September with an adorable black-and-white video of Axel kissing her blossoming bump.
