Sydney Sweeney touched down in Australia on Saturday to film a new Netflix series, and it appears she is already making friends with some of the eastern suburbs socialite set.
The Euphoria star, 28, was seen living it up in a private box at the Sydney Swans vs Melbourne Demons game on Sunday at the SCG with Aussie heir Michael Porter, whose family owns Australia’s leading condom business, Four Seasons.
The pair were seen cheerfully posing together as they watched the match and sipped on wine.
Sydney got into the spirit of the game, styling a Sydney Swans baseball cap with a long-sleeve white T-shirt and slick aviator sunglasses.
The blonde beauty, who attended with her father Steven, was given her own team jersey, with ‘Sweeney’ and the number 21 emblazoned on the back.
The Hollywood actress appeared in excellent spirits despite no doubt suffering jet lag after her long-haul flight into the country.

Mr Porter’s family made their wealth from condoms and lubricants. He is also the founder of pimple patch business Skin Control.
His husband Billy, who grew up in Perth, works in luxury PR.
The pair tied the knot in Lake Como, Italy back in July 2023.
The three-day extravaganza was attended by celebrities, models, business moguls, reality stars and influencers – but the big day almost didn’t happen after the couple were forced to postpone their nuptials several times due to Covid.
The newlyweds, who originally planned to marry in 2020, are entrenched in Sydney’s elite social scene, and their guests included bikini model Natasha Oakley, liquor heir Theo Chambers, socialite Nadia Fairfax-Wayne, and stylist Caroline Tran.
The ceremony was officiated by Victoria’s Secret model Bridget Malcolm.
Meanwhile, The Housemaid star touched down in Sydney on Saturday, cutting a low-key figure as she navigated the terminal with a suitcase in tow.
The sighting marked her first public appearance since confirming her romance with music mogul Scooter Braun – and it comes hot on the heels of their headline-making weekend at the Stagecoach Music Festival.

Sydney gave fans a glimpse into their relationship on Friday, sharing a playful Instagram carousel from the Indio, California event.
Captioning the post ‘Cowboy kind of weekend,’ she showed off a series of loved-up moments with Braun, 44.
In one snap, the actress balanced on his shoulders in denim overalls, while another captured her clinging to him in a pair of knee-high cowboy boots.
The pair appeared inseparable, with additional clips showing them singing together, dancing, and even sharing quieter moments – including Sydney petting a horse.
At one point, Braun was seen carrying her through the festival grounds, while another video showed him belting out a tune on stage as Sydney joined in.
Their public displays of affection come just weeks after Braun went Instagram official on April 15, sharing a black-and-white photo of the pair alongside the caption ‘Lucky bastard.’
The couple reportedly began dating in September 2025 after meeting at the lavish wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez in Venice, Italy.
By December, things were quickly heating up.
‘Scooter and Sydney are going strong and things between them are great. They’re in a committed relationship and things are serious,’ a source told People at the time.
