Blake Lively put aside her legal headaches to celebrate Easter with her family on Sunday.
The actress, 38, took to Instagram Stories to show she had prepared bunny-shaped scrambled eggs for her kids, days after a series of sexual harassment claims she made against It Ends with Us collaborator Justin Baldoni, 42, were dismissed.
‘Momming always continues on,’ Lively, who shares four children with Ryan Reynolds, 49, captioned the image.
The Gossip Girl alum added emojis of a smiling face with hearts, a bunny and a heart to the holiday-themed social media post.
On Thursday, Manhattan U.S. District Judge Lewis Liman dismissed all but 3 of the 13 claims the actress made in her case against Baldoni, with accusations of conspiracy and defamation among the scuttled claims.
The case revolving around the romantic drama continues on, with three of Lively’s claims in play ahead of a tentative May 18 trial date: retaliation, aiding and abetting in retaliation and breach of contract.

Sigrid McCawley, an attorney with Lively’s legal team, told Daily Mail in a statement following the hearing, ‘This case has always been and will remain focused on the devastating retaliation and the extraordinary steps the defendants took to destroy Blake Lively’s reputation.’
McCawley noted Lively was targeted ‘because she stood up for safety on the set and that is the case that is going to trial.
‘For Blake Lively, the greatest measure of justice is that the people and the playbook behind these coordinated digital attacks have been exposed and are already being held accountable by other women they’ve targeted.’
‘She looks forward to testifying at trial and continuing to shine a light on this vicious form of online retaliation so that it becomes easier to detect and fight.’
McCawley added that the claims of sexual harassment aren’t ‘going forward not because the defendants did nothing wrong but because the court determined Blake Lively was an independent contractor, not an employee.’
Lively said in a statement on social media Friday that she was inspired to see the case through to its conclusion, and grateful for the means and ability to do so.
‘I am grateful for the court’s ruling which allows the heart of my case to be presented to a jury next month,’ she said, ‘and for the ability to finally tell my story in full at trial, for my own sake, but also for those who don’t have the same opportunity to … many of whom I have known and loved deeply in my life, and the countless I’ll never know.’
Lively said she did not want to get caught up in the legal system, but her working experience on the set of It Ends with Us left her primed to head to court.

‘The last thing I wanted in my life was a lawsuit, but I brought this case because of the pervasive RETALIATION I faced, and continued to, for privately and professionally asking for a safe working environment for myself and others,’ Lively said. ‘So much critical work has already been done to expose systems, tactics and players who harm.
‘The work to create more safety is in part at trial, but it will also continue far after this trial is over.’
The Los Angeles-born actress said she’s ‘most proud of’ shining a light on the issues discussed in the case, and hopefully paving a path for others.
‘I couldn’t begin to stand up if not for the countless who’ve gone before me – and the masses who are still around us all – creating laws, social change, sparking conversations, rallying, working privately and publicly, risking and sometimes losing everything for the safety of others in all spaces,’ Lively said.
She wrapped up in saying, ‘I know it’s a privilege to be able to stand up. I will not waste it. Your support keeps me going.’
Baldoni attorneys Alexandra Shapiro and Jonathan Bach told the Daily Mail following Thursday’s hearing they were ‘very pleased the court dismissed all sexual harassment claims and every claim brought against the individual defendants.
‘These were very serious allegations, and we are grateful to the court for its careful review of the facts, law and voluminous evidence that was provided.’
Shapiro and Bach said that following Thursday’s hearing, ‘What’s left is a significantly narrowed case, and we look forward to presenting our defense to the remaining claims in court.’

The contentious legal battle has gone on more than a year: In December of 2024, Lively named Baldoni in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment, retaliatory conduct, and intentional infliction of emotional stress.
In her lawsuit, the actress accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her in multiple ways – including body shaming her – and orchestrating a smear campaign against her to damage her reputation.
Lively also named a number of Baldoni’s collaborators, including his company Wayfarer Studios, the studio’s CEO and financial backer, and PR personnel.
Baldoni had initially asked for $250 million in damages from The New York Times, mentioning a report it published on the topic that he claimed was defamatory, then added it to the $400 million lawsuit he filed in January of 2025.
In the suit, Baldoni named Lively, her spouse Ryan Reynolds and her publicist Leslie Sloane, citing the aforementioned report in legal documents. It was thrown out of court last June. All parties have denied all of the allegations against them.

The motion picture, which also starred Hasan Minhaj, Brandon Sklenar and Kevin McKidd, was based on the 2016 novel by Colleen Hoover. The storyline of the film centered around a toxic relationship between Lily Bloom (played by Lively) and Ryle Kincaid (Baldoni).
According to a logline for the film, Lily ‘overcomes a traumatic childhood to embark on a new life,’ as ‘a chance meeting with a neurosurgeon sparks a connection but Lily begins to see sides of him that remind her of her parents’ relationship.’
Lively broke out with the 2005 movie The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants opposite Amber Tamblyn, Alexis Bledel and America Ferrera.
That led to her high-profile role on the TV show Gossip Girl, which she starred on from 2007-2012, playing lead character Serena van der Woodsen.
She has also appeared in movies such as 2010’s The Town, 2016’s The Shallows, 2018’s A Simple Favor and 2020’s The Rhythm Section.
Prior to It Ends with Us, Baldoni was best known for playing the role of Rafael Solano on the TV show Jane the Virgin from 2014–2019.
He also has directed films including 2019’s Five Feet Apart and 2020’s Clouds, and penned the 2021 book Man Enough, which tackled misconceptions of contemporary masculinity.
