She’s back in the spotlight promoting her new film Wuthering Heights following a hiatus to welcome her first child with Tom Ackerley.
And Hollywood gossips can’t help but notice just how fresh Margot Robbie, 35, is looking as she continues her latest red carpet campaign.
The former Neighbours star appears more youthful than ever in recent photos – prompting whispers that she may have had a few ‘tweakments’ during her time away from the media.
Respected Miami cosmetic injector Dr Jarrett Schanzer recently weighed in on Margot’s age-defying look in an Instagram Reel, noting that the actress looks more ‘lifted, structured and defined than ever’.
‘Just a few years ago, her features were noticeably softer and rounder. Now, we see lifted cheeks, more defined jawline contours, and a beautifully balanced profile, all without obvious signs of surgery,’ the practitioner claimed in November.
As for the possible procedures responsible for Margot’s new glow, Dr Schanzer pointed to biostimulators such as Radiesse, Sculptra or Hyaluronic Acid fillers to restore volume and shape her jawline, as well as Botox to reposition her eyebrows.

He also speculated that Margot has received regenerative injections of exosomes and collagen stimulators to promote a long-term glow and improve skin quality.
Weight loss could have contributed to Margot’s contoured new look as well, Dr Schanzer noted.
As for long-term changes, the aesthetic expert speculated that Margot may have had a rhinoplasty to ‘balance her mid-face’ at some point in her career.
Margot’s changing face has been the subject of conjecture for years.
In 2022, cosmetic procedure influencer Dana Omari Harrell speculated during an interview with The Dream Bigger Podcast with Siffat Haider that Margot had received a range of procedures to achieve her Hollywood look.
This included an upper blepharoplasty, a surgical operation that can correct drooping eyelids and make eyes look bigger by removing extra fat in the area.
Dana doubled down on her belief in an Instagram post in July 2023, also adding that Margot may have received undereye filler, a small eyebrow lift, cheek augmentation, lip filler, and a rhinoplasty to thin her nasal tip and reduce her nostril width.
Dana claimed Margot may also have had buccal fat removal, a procedure that is used to hollow out the cheeks and therefore enhance the cheekbones, as well as filler added to the chin to give her jawline extra length.

In February 2020, a leading cosmetic clinic revealed that Margot’s face was the most requested when women came in for non-surgical procedures. (Pictured left in March 2014, and right in March 2024)
To top it off, Dana speculated that Margot uses minimal Botox to smooth out her fine lines, while still giving the actress enough movement in her face.
In February 2020, a leading cosmetic clinic revealed that Margot’s face was the most requested when women came in for non-surgical procedures.
The Private Clinic in London found the Australian actress’s looks to be the most desirable after surveying their clients, with Margot picking up 18 per cent of their public vote.
Speaking to Get The Gloss, a spokesperson from The Private Clinic said people requesting Margot’s look when they come in for a visit represents a turn in the tide in what women want.
‘The highest-ranked female celebrities tended to favour natural beauty, [and] are showcasing glowing skin and radiant faces rather than an overly dramatic or enhanced appearance,’ they said.
