Victoria Beckham’s “inappropriate” dance with her son Brooklyn Beckham at his wedding to Nicola Peltz was apparently upstaged by another “awkward” moment.
DJ Fat Tony, who performed at the couple’s April 2022 Florida nuptials, also deejayed their welcome party the night before and brunch the following day.
During Friday’s appearance on UK’s “This Morning,” Tony, 60, described the brunch as “the most awkward part” of the three-day affair because “everything that had gone on on the actual wedding night was discussed amongst all the guests the next morning.”
Earlier this week, Brooklyn, 26, took to his Instagram Story to posted a jaw-dropping statement about his estrangement from his family.
In part, he claimed that his mom “hijacked” his first dance with Peltz, 31, at their wedding reception and then “danced very inappropriately” on him, leaving him “uncomfortable” and “humiliated.”
“In front of our 500 wedding guests, Marc Anthony called me to the stage, where in the schedule was planned to be my romantic dance with my wife but instead my mum was waiting to dance with me instead,” he told his followers in the scathing upload.
Tony corroborated those claims in his interview, elaborating that after Anthony called Brooklyn to the stage, “everyone was expecting it to be Nicola to go up and do the first dance.”
Instead, the Puerto Rican singer asked “the most beautiful woman in the room to come up to the stage,” which was followed by Victoria’s name.
Tony said the Spice Girls member-turned-fashion designer, who was close by, made her way up to the stage, which immediately “devastated” Brooklyn and prompted Peltz to “leave the room, crying her eyes out.”
The Grammy winner then guided the mother-son duo on how to dance, allegedly telling Brooklyn to “put his hands on [his] mother’s hips.”
Though Tony acknowledged that the suggestion was likely just a “Latin thing,” he stressed that it was still a “really awkward” situation for “everyone in the room.”
Despite the internet’s interpretation of what “inappropriate” could mean, Tony clarified that Victoria, 51, did not display any “slut-dropping,” “PVC catsuit” or “Spice Girl action.”
In fact, a source recently told us that Victoria “wrapped her arms around Brooklyn” and “nuzzled into his neck.”
Tony explained that he has deejayed “an awful lot of Beckham parties in the past” and emphasized that they are “a very dance-y, close-knit family” who “love to dance.”
However, he defended Brooklyn’s use of the word “inappropriate,” arguing that it’s his call to make because it’s “all about how Brooklyn feels.”
Tony also noted that it “takes a lot for someone to go to social media” and speak out against their relatives.
“He wanted to change the narrative,” Tony theorized, pointing to Brooklyn being branded an ungrateful nepo baby.
Victoria has not publicly addressed her eldest son’s allegations.
She and husband David Beckham are also parents to sons Romeo Beckham, 23, and Cruz Beckham, 20, as well as daughter Harper Beckham, 14.
