David and Victoria Beckham fear for their estranged son, Brooklyn Beckham, over his and wife Nicola Peltz’s prenuptial agreement.
The retired athlete, 50, and the former Spice Girls member, 51, reportedly worry what will happen to Brooklyn if he gets divorced after becoming “completely absorbed” into his wife’s family — and “alienated” from his own.
“If they ever did break up, Brooklyn would be completely ostracized and without much cash to show for it,” the Sun claimed on Wednesday.
The “rigid” document Brooklyn signed allegedly promises him half of what he and Peltz make as a brand — and nothing of the actress’ family wealth.
The insider alleged that David and Victoria, “heartbreakingly,” feel as if the 26-year-old is “being held captive.”
The source added that “his future is completely in the hands of the Peltzes,” who boast a net worth of $1.6 billion compared to the Beckhams’ $673 million.
The outlet claimed that Victoria is “totally devastated” and “in a flood of tears” over Brooklyn lashing out at her and David in a lengthy Instagram Story statement Monday.
Reps for Victoria, David, Brooklyn and Peltz did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
In his viral rant, the “Cookin’ With Brooklyn” star took aim at his parents over allegedly “controlling” him and attempting to “ruin” his relationship with Peltz.
“My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we’ve tried to come together as one,” he wrote. “My mum has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable.”
Brooklyn recalled his loved ones allegedly reminding him Peltz, 31, was “not blood” and “not family” hours ahead of their wedding.
The duo tied the knot in April 2022 after two years together, with Page Six reporting at the time that there was a prenup in place.
Rumors swirled about the bride butting heads with her mother-in-law at the time, from a dress debacle to a “deeply hurtful” first dance stunt — both of which Brooklyn mentioned in his tirade.
Victoria is reportedly most “heartbroken,” however, by the final line in Brooklyn’s social media upload, which read, “All we want peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family.”
The declaration implied the fashion designer won’t be apart of her future grandkids’ lives, according to the Mirror UK.
Brooklyn and Peltz, notably, have been vocal about wanting many children — “like, 10,” the former told Entertainment Tonight in 2022 — one day.
While Victoria and David have not directly addressed their eldest child‘s bombshell statement, Brooklyn’s brother Cruz did “like” an Instagram video poking fun at the drama.
