Jeff Brazier spent some quality bonding time with his sons Bobby and Freddy at the weekend, following his shock split from wife Kate.
The TV presenter, 46, and the publicist, 35, met in 2013 and tied the knot five years later, with Kate taking on the role of stepmother to his two boys from his first marriage to Jade Goody, who sadly passed away from cervical cancer in 2009.
Jeff revealed in November that the pair had separated in the summer after 12 years, with Kate moving out of their marital home three weeks before the announcement.
But, he appeared to be putting on a brave face on Sunday, as he enjoyed a gym session with Bobby, 22, and Freddy, 21, at luxury health club David Lloyd in Harlow.
Taking to his Instagram Stories, Jeff shared a mirror selfie posing with his boys on either side of him, while they worked up a sweat on exercise machines.
Poking fun at his lack of fitness, the This Morning star captioned the snap: ‘Fred has the muscles, Bob the abs… I take the pictures❤️’.

Jeff and his youngest son have only recently patched up their relationship following a bitter family feud that has taken up much of last year.
Freddy had been embroiled in a high profile battle with his dad, after he launched legal action in a bid to prevent the aspiring model from seeing his grandmother, Jade’s mum, Jackiey Budden.
The father and son eventually reconciled following the news that Freddy was expecting a baby with his now-ex girlfriend Holly Swinburn.
However, Jeff appeared to take another subtle swipe at Jackiey in a second post on Sunday, after the family went out for lunch after their workout.
He shared a snap of a beaming Freddy chatting to family friend Tracie Sullivan, and heaped praise on Tracie for her ‘beautiful relationship’ with his youngest, in an apparent dig at Jackiey.
‘We have lots of special people in our lives and @tracisedoes is one of the best,’ he gushed.
‘For several years she has had a beautiful relationship with Fred and I appreciate her for always being so pleased to see him❤️’.
Jackiey, 68, helped raise Bobby and Freddy following Jade’s death but she and Jeff have clashed multiple times over the years.

Freddy claimed Jackiey got him hooked on drugs, before appearing to reveal he had tragically ‘tried to end it all’ by ‘crashing his car’ in the middle of a ‘manic episode’.
Jeff has long insisted she is a bad influence on the troubled youngster and last year considered taking action in an attempt to legally block contact between his son and his grandmother, ‘to keep him safe’.
However, Freddy sided with Jackiey, causing him to become estranged from Jeff, who eventually dropped pursuing the claim when it became increasingly apparent that his son was prepared to ignore his legal efforts.
Fortunately, when Freddy revealed in August that he would be welcoming his first child, he vowed to turn his life around and patch up his relationship with Jeff.
But, sadly the family drama caused cracks to form in Jeff’s marriage to Kate, with friends telling the Daily Mail that it helped spark their split after they grew apart.
One explained: ‘Kate is a lot of fun, she’s sexy and a bit of a party girl – and she wanted to keep enjoying the high life, jetting around the world and taking advantage of their freedom now the boys are older.
‘Instead Jeff became obsessed over this legal war with Jackiey, and it put more strain on their marriage.
‘Kate doesn’t have kids of her own and has an exciting job working in the PR industry. She wanted to take full advantage of the lifestyle they had and felt as though Jeff was holding that back.’

In a statement on Instagram announcing their split, Jeff made reference to the difficult year they had faced due to fractured relations with Freddy.
Alongside a throwback photo from a family holiday, the father-of-two said that their marriage broke down over summer after they discovered they couldn’t make each other happy.
He told fans: ‘I’m so full of love and gratitude for Kate. For all we achieved, for how much we grew, for everything we endured. We separated in the summer and kept it private for as long as we could to give us some time to adjust.
‘For 12 years we have been each others safe space, each others biggest supporters at a time when our lives have been busy, painful & complex. I’m so proud of how hard we worked, how we kept showing up, we gave everything and more.
‘I’m also so full of respect and admiration for the successful career Kate has built and the way she cared for me unconditionally.’
Jeff stated that Kate still keeps in touch to check in on how his sons are doing, as Freddy prepares to welcome his first child.
The presenter continued: ‘It’s credit to the woman she is that she still checks in to ask how the boys are doing because she is so invested in their lives.
‘They love her and I have many friends that love her too. I will miss her family who always went above and beyond to support us.

‘My words don’t tell the full picture because they don’t need to. We will carry on supporting each other and I know I’ll be celebrating her inevitable wins just like before.
‘We both deserve complete happiness and we’re upset that we ultimately couldn’t be that for one another and It felt time to let it go.’
Amid the family feud in June, Freddy appeared to take a swipe at Kate as he shared a list of things he hates, with ‘step parents’ being one of them.
The couple previously split in late 2022 before rekindling their relationship seven months later.
At the time, Kate admitted she ‘felt like a failure’ in her marriage to Jeff before realising every couple has their struggles, following their reconciliation.
She gave her thoughts on marriage after being asked by a follower for advice on how to get theirs back on track.
She replied: ‘I think we are all guilty of portraying only the good bits on social media. Anyone who says marriage and raising kids is easy is lying in my opinion. I felt like such a failure until I realised everyone has their struggles.
‘I would never share the details of our relationship, but the one thing I am grateful for is that my husband is just as willing to put the work into himself and the relationship as I am. You can’t ask for anything more than that.’

It comes after Daily Mail revealed that Jeff, Bobby and and Freddy are to star in their own Osbournes-style fly-on-the-wall documentary, after talks with ITV over several weeks late last year.
The project will follow the Braziers as they navigate their domestic troubles; including Jeff and Katie’s split, Freddy’s break-up with his pregnant girlfriend Holly, and Bobby’s joining of the Hari Krishna movement.
One source close to the programme said that it would be modelled on the ground breaking reality series The Osbournes which followed Ozzy Osbourne, his wife Sharon, and kids Kelly and Jack between 2002 and 2005.
The insider told the Daily Mail last month: ‘It will make fascinating television, there has been so much drama within the Brazier set up for so long now and it doesn’t look like it is going to stop anytime soon.
‘It will show things for what they are, there have been so many cracks in their relationships and there are so many fall outs.
‘It will be absolutely compulsive viewing, they are all very different personalities, Bobby is quieter while Freddy can’t help but get himself into scrapes and he is soon to be a dad which is surely going to come with all kinds of challenges.
‘Then there’s Jeff who is doing his best to keep a handle on the whole situation. The show is in its final, final talks now. It’s very close to the green light being lit.
‘ITV are thrilled, there will surely be loads of rows and loads of fall outs, it will probably make the Osbournes or the Kardashians look rather boring.’
