Viewers who tuned into the season two finale of Landman caught the first teaser trailer for another highly anticipated series in the Taylor Sheridan-verse on Sunday.
The Madison, one of several Yellowstone offshoots, had revealed first-look photos earlier this week of the Michelle Pfeiffer-led starry cast, and now the series has shared a brief, 30-second glimpse (below) into the new Yellowstone-verse offering.
The Madison premieres Saturday, March 14 with a six-episode season that centers around New York City family the Clyburns, who live in the Madison River valley of central Montana. It’s not yet known if they are connected the Duttons of Yellowstone proper.
The Madison has been described as a “heartfelt study of grief and human connection” and a “profound love story channeled through a deeply personal family drama about resilience and transformation.”
Paramount+ is also touting the spinoff as one of Sheridan’s “most intimate work to date,” revealing that the present-day set series will unfold “across two distinct worlds — the beautiful landscape of Montana and the vibrant energy of Manhattan — as it examines the ties that bind families together.”
The series also stars Kurt Russell, Beau Garrett, Elle Chapman, Patrick J. Adams, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Kevin Zegers, Rebecca Spence, Danielle Vasinova and Matthew Fox.
The Madison is produced by Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios and Bosque Ranch Productions. Executive producers are Sheridan, David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Christina Voros, Michael Friedman, Pfeiffer, Russell and Keith Cox; Voros directs the series.
