Orlando Bloom celebrated his 49th birthday on the dance floor in Aspen, fist-pumping “like a guy from New Jersey” while surrounded by power gays.
A source tells Page Six that they spotted Bloom, who split from fiancé Katy Perry over the summer, cutting a rug at the ritzy Caribou Club along with socialite Jamie Tisch, who is married to billionaire Steve, and a group of pals.
The hotspot had hosted a dinner earlier for AspenOut, a non profit benefiting LGBTQIA+ (Q+) community, with the unofficial after party continuing until late at the chic members-only club.
A source tells us Bloom was “the life of the party” in the crowd that our source described as “elbow-to-elbow elite gays from Hollywood, Palm Beach and New York” who are in town for Gay Ski Week.
“He was on the dance floor for like three hours and led a conga line,” says our spy of the British-born “Lord of The Rings” actor. “He’s a good dancer, arms up, fist-pumping like a guy from New Jersey.”
“People were sending him shots left and right,” says the source. “He was in full celebration of his birthday.”
“Queer Eye for the Straight Guy’s” Thom Felcia, Bryan Lourd’s hubby Bruce Bozzi, producer and Aspen Snow Ball founder Thomas Pierce, Bravo star Rene Fris, and Barry’s Bootcamp CEO Joey Gonzalez were all spotted on the scene.
Bloom and Perry — who has since move on with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau — had visited the Colorado ski town annually.
Bloom and Perry had dated for nearly ten years and share daughter Daisy Dove, 5.
A source recently told People “They’re both super committed to keeping this family dynamic,”and it’s “all amicable and pretty easy.”
