So the mysterious person Leonardo DiCaprio was talking to in his viral clip from the 2026 Golden Globes actually wasn’t that mysterious.
Teyana Taylor, who stars opposite DiCaprio in One Battle After Another, has revealed that the Oscar winner was teasing her in the video (below) that made waves on social media following the awards ceremony.
“He’s talking to me, yes,” Taylor recently clarified to Access Hollywood. “I want to say we might have been talking about KPop Demon Hunters, because I was so happy when they won, because my kids love KPop Demon Hunters. So I was over there just jamming and I think he caught me jamming and that’s when we started talking about it.”
The playful clip — which sees DiCaprio enthusiastically chatting with someone off-camera during a commercial break — likely caught fans by surprise because the Titanic actor is known to be more serious, keeping his personal life quite private.
Taylor admitted that she “blacked out” for most of Sunday night, especially after winning her first Golden Globe for best supporting actress in a motion picture, but does remember “kekeing” with DiCaprio about the hit animated film.
“I do remember jamming so hard when ‘Golden’ by KPop Demon Hunters came on and we went into this whole spiel about how Junie and Rue love KPop Demon Hunters … but I didn’t know that that whole moment was being captured,” she added.
